Trial expired and no full version of game in store

The trial version for Atlas expired. I clicked the buy button during my trial version on Xbox in the Microsoft store. Trial expired and now it will not let me play and there is no option to buy the full version. The only thing that is in the store is the game preview. I am currently reinstalling the game preview since that’s my only option in the store. I’ve hard restarted Xbox also. I want to play your game it’s awesome please help. UPDATE: Contacted Microsoft and the revoked my trial version of the game. “You should be able to play the game. When you get home from work”. I’ll keep you all posted. -
Yesterday I drove with my ship (a schooner) to the freeport in L12. Today I logged in and it was completly destroyed. I was offline for around 8hours. Can a brand new ship decay within this short amount of time or is there another way my ship could have been sunk? I also noticed some bug reports here that say that ships can be randomly detroyed threw a bug. Thank you for your support!

Hey everyone! Just wondering if anyone knows about being able to use another Xbox console as a player dedicated server like we could on Ark? I thought this was going to be a no-brainer since it was in Ark and I’ve purchased 2 copies of Atlas and I was disappointed that the option wasn’t there

Hello, we are creating our own Server with our own ServerGrid. I created a large Grid (X=4,Y=3) and created 9 Discoverys called PowerStone1, PowerStone2... etc. and changed it to isManuel yes. (See Attachment). I also changed the SizeX, SizeY and SizeZ to 0 and added the Correct ExplorerNoteIndex like in this Post: I also changed every Value in the PVE Islands like in this Post because something changed a little bit: Now the current configuration of the Islands is: Mnt_Y_EU_PVE Powerstoneindex 0 Mnt_X_WR_PVE Powerstoneindex 1 Mnt_S_WT_PVE Powerstoneindex 2 Cay_C_EE_PVE Powerstoneindex 3 Mnt_R_CH_PVE Powerstoneindex 4 Mnt_R_CL_PVE PowerStoneIndex 5 Mnt_G_ET_PVE PowerStoneIndex 6 Mnt_U_ER_PVE PowerStoneIndex 7 I dont know if this is works but for me it looks legit Now my Question is how I define the "GhostShip" which is giving the last PowerStone. Which Island is it or where i need to add the PowerStoneIndex8? And is the GhostShip after all the Updates still the last PowerStone? Correct me please if something is wrong in our Settings. Maybe somebody can explain me how this works with Discovery Zones and this PowerStoneIndexes.

A few weeks ago I noticed a white text over all the inventory items I thought it was just something they added. Installed the game on new computer and the text is gone now. It isn't the toggle tooltips I'm talking about it's a white text overlay on any item in any inventory space. I can't for the life of me figure out how to turn it on and off. I've gone through every option from the game settings and spent time trying find anything about item text and I just can't . Has to be somewhere or maybe a .ini setting or something. Please help.

I have the overrides set, which is what i thought it might be. it hasnt made any difference. I can travel from one freeport to the other using the bloke on the dock. Network: PVE EU Grid: K5 Hi, I sailed with the boat from J5 to K5: Resulting in a Freeze I have new connected. Could sail a few yards. 3 Min kicked by Battle Eye "Reason not responding". Rejoin ... Resulting in a freeze in the loading screen Join new Atlas PVP > Exit to Main Menu Join new Atlas PVE > Standing near my bed on the Ship Can't use doors or cupboards. When you press "i", the character screen closes in 0.5 seconds, but I see my armor. The ship is not anchored. Ask for quick help, otherwise we'll lose several hours of progress, stuff and high bears. Network Failure Message "You have been kicked by BettlEye. Reason "Client not responding". Does anyone have a solution? Best regards

Does anyone knows, how the building type works? I mean, lets say I have wooden house in the A7 and in the M12. They looks different. Why? Is it effected by the squire place or the type of resources and is it possible to build house in A7 which would look same as on M12, if you know what I mean?

Okay, I'm new to the whole Unreal Engine 4 thing, but I am unable to work out how to create a new sublevel In the dev kit. Instructions in the documentation states "To Create a Map Extension for use in seamless grid layouts, Simply Open "SeamlessTest\Ocean.umap" in the editor, and add a set of new uniquely named worldcomposition sublevels to the "SeamlessTest\" folder". I found the UE4 documentation that says Click on the Levels drop Down Menu, then Select Add Existing... to add a new sublevel, but this button does not exist once you have opened the Ocean.umap file. So am I missing something simple here? I can edit the already created sublevels but I can't add my own to even start creating an island. I have found the documentation for the Dev Kit is very lacking in details.

Hey! I build a brigantine alone and on my own today with a lot of farming and stuff. Afterwards i went to the Freeport at A6 and picked up 3 NPC sailors to make sailing more comfortable. On my way to the next Server (B6) I had the glorious idea to create a company. Here the problems began. My ship was now company owned but the crew was still only player owned, so i was not able to control them while in this company. I directly left the company to fix this issue BUT now my ship is still in the company and because it's in a freeport region i cant even reclaim it or something. I put so much effort into it for nothing. it really bugs me. I really love this game but this is really annoying. i don't think i can play this game anymore if i don't get any help or something. It's just disappointing that something like this happens

I imagine the following scenario: It is between two fictional companies. The Alpacas and The Boomers. The Alpacas have claimed an island and are therefore owner of a settlement. They have a few companies as neutral on their land. They take care of them, everything is fine, no problems so far. Now the Boomers come with a Brig full of pillars and they start placing them in the water around the island. But the settlement people are clever and delete all of them in the 12 hour window. The Boomers are not amused. They want their pillars of eternity! So they come back in the middle of the night and place them again. Now they focus only on the harbors where ships are anchored. The 12 hours pass and the pillars of eternity are standing in all their glory preventing any anchored ship from sailing. Now here is my question: What do you gonna do about this once the 12 hours have passed since you can't attack underwater structures? It is not my intention to whine and cry. I really like the changes but this is something I don't understand so far. Have I missed one key feature that prevents this from happening? Or could you pillar spam shore lines and make them unusable? So will we get the structure upkeep mechanic everywhere? Will the pillars crumble? How does this work? In addition. If the upkeep structure works with a range so the structures don't have to be connected to each other to get upkeep. What prevents people from building the upkeep thing underwater?

Hey everyone, We are running a 5x5 server, but the server we have couldn't handle the 5x5 so we turned off the outer grids of the map E1 -E5 and A5, B5, C5 and D5. We are in the process to start up another server to make these 9 Grids active. Problem found when testing this is that once you sail into one of these grids and you sail back into one of the grids that has been active since start all your Crew Mutiny on the ship instantly. So what i have figured out is that time stands still on the offline grids and once you sail into them , it change the Day to a much earlier state that the other grids . Does anyone know how to change the time on these grids so it is in sync to the grids that have been active since the start ? We would like to not have to wipe the server...

Tutorial for Custom-Image-Flags: Select your Favorite Image. Go to http://www.ark-survival.net/en/image-to-board-sign-pnt-converter/ Put in your Image into the Converter. Now Select "Canvas" in the Resolution 1x1 and klick on "Send" (Optional) Now u can choose a custom Color at "Set Colors" Press "Generate Preview" and download it. Thats the important step! Copy your Image or Drag it into [Atlas Folder -> ShooterGame -> Saved -> MyPaintings] and rename it like this: MyFlag_ClaimingFlag_C or Banana_ClaimingFlag_C or… it must end on: _ClaimingFlag_C Now u can get into the Game, select your Brush and run to your Claiming-Flag. Press the left Mouse Button on it and go to "Load Painting from this Type" in the Top left Corner. Now select your Flag. At last you Need to get your Colors (It will Show up on the Right side of your screen) Sorry for my bad english skills. I hope this will help you guys out, cause I didn't find any Tutorials online allready. Good Luck and sail safe!

I have played Atlas from the beginning, and have had this glitch since launch. To summarize this, at random my game will either crash with the message, "Host Connection Lost", and then upon clicking the rejoin button I am either presented with one of three things. The first of these is the infamous PrimalGameData, which appears randomly and just acts as an infinite loading screen, even have left it on their for an hour and nothing has happened. The next is these is the "Host Connection lost", which just brings me back to the homepage and sometimes takes away the rejoin button. The last is "Host Pending Connection Lost", which is pretty much the same thing as "Host Connection Lost" and takes away the rejoin button, while redirecting to main menu screen. I have tried many things in order to attempt fixing this, I have validated countless times, I have double and triple checked my system specs and dedicated ram to the game. I have tried countless "delete this" or "move this file" then validate and retry to no avail. I have tried the "join EU PVP then rejoin NA PVP", which has not worked for me. While I still can play the game, it only lets me in at semi-random intervals or sometimes right after a patch has been pushed through, then I am kicked and stuck waiting for some random interval to present itself. I love this game, and all I want to do is play it, but this bug is making it impossible for me and anyone else whom may have it to play the game. The one thing I have not tried is re-downloading the game as A, I have heard it not work for some, and B, it may delete your character. If anyone has any suggestions I am more then open to trying them, and I implore the developers to please fix this. I know this is a partial issue you guys have had in Ark, and all I want is for it to be fixed, or at least an acknowledgement of this issue and an attempt to fix the issue, or at least to try and see personally if it is something wrong with my game or whatever is wrong with it. Thank you for everything, and I will continue to follow the games Loyal Gamer -Val (Would insert screenshots, but is too big to fit. Pretty much just a loading bar of PrimalGameData_BP, The Host Connection Timeout popup, and the Host Pending Connection Lost.) P.S. I have submitted a ticket, but I do not know what good that will do.

Hello, I'm trying to find a way to add custom resources to islands. For example, island Mnt_B_WF does not have Saps like Honey and I want to add Honey to this island. Does anyone know of a way to do this yet? I know the resource blueprints are here - ShooterGame\Content\Atlas\Environment\Resources\ I know you can edit island instances in ServerGrid.json, just not sure on the way to do it. I ran into this, it seems that the ocean floor actually counts as where the ground starts. So, even if you would like to build a base out on the ocean, it is impossible. It says "Too high above ground, cannot place" when trying to place a ceiling or stair above water in deep ocean Is there any way around this? I find it hard to believe that sea claims can only be built on underwater..... if so, then what are they even for?

Hi Since the last update I am no longer able to edit my buildpieces with the T key as before. I dont even seem to have the option Also I cant find the command to rebind it to another key. I have now tried my entire keyboard and I havent found the key. Tried resetting my commands, and restarting the game and my computer multiple times. How can I solve this?

So was breeding some high level bears... made it through to where they were eating out of the feeding trough, and shortly after I went to bed I wake up to find out they died of starvation... mind you they had been eating from the trough for hours and the troughs are all still full. What am I missing?

I had quite the adventure last night trying to get the ship out of the barrier between servers. After much troubleshooting, my partner and I discovered a method to debug the ship and free it from the void of Davy Jones Locker. Expect some time travel. I'll outline the steps below and some unexpected outcomes. 1 - You've been force logged out by the server with a timeout error message stating you are traveling between servers log in later. You're friends or self are cursing the game and telling you to get the ship back. Fear not! With this guide, you too, can be the hero. When you log back into the game, notate the zone it's trying to load you into. It will either be the server you came from or were going to. Remember this server. Step 1 - Try to log into a new Atlas - Same Server - Freeport Result - It fails to load you into the freeport but allows you to select a bed to spawn in. Step 2 - I know you wanna click on that bed for the ship you were stuck on.. you can if you choose, but you may need to repeat this step later once you realize you just keep getting kicked. Click on your home base or nearest ship. Result - This can be tricky as it sometimes forces you to continue to spawn at the stuck ship. Step 2b - If you are having trouble spawning at base or another ship, log out. This puts you into a sleep state in game. Step 3 - Once you've spawned at home or another ship it's time to make that journey to the zone mentioned above. The one that the game tries to load you into. That's where your ship is actually at. Our objective is to make the ship render. Once you approach the ship and it's name appears or it renders, relay that information to your Company. Result - The ship is no longer stuck and your company can spawn on it and continue the journey. Step 4 - Time travel. IF you choose to fast travel to the ship you may actually spawn in with your inventory and armor that you had at the time of getting kicked. Immediately! put all your gear into a chest. If you are going to change servers on your trip again you will be teleported back to your base with nothing. This is important! In closing, I hope this helps!

In D12 how are you supose to get near the cave to see if the fountain is acktive? On the NA PVE someone was very kind and put in zip lines which help but, still a bear (Cyclops) getting close.
