why is this max lvl 44 with 124% Ship Quality ?? so 100% = lvl 40 and 124% actually lvl 49.

Ok so I've crafted a large shipyard to get a brig going. I start looking for a spot to put it so that the blueprint turns blue (no obstruction, etc)...but when I try to place it, the outline disappears and the shipyard is put back into my inventory. It's very annoying, because I've been trying for quite some time. It happens in two spots near me. -- EDIT -- While we're talking about bugs, fix the issue where next to no fish spawn. I've seen two fish over the last several hours of gameplay

Is there a max length of time a ship hull can sit in a shipyard? I had a galleon hull assembled, but I'd not yet dropped the inner decks, and now it is missing?

Since the main focus of this game is the sailing & ships I would like to suggest adding Harbor-Items. Especially in hindsight of the adding of Torpedo’s to the game real Harbor-Structures should be a thing. Of course you can already build your version of a Dock – but this is not really optimal (speaking as someone that has a humongous Harbor): The bazillion of structures do not help the Server performance at all and the worst part - all these structures render often way too late for many people. You can get shot down or crash into a harbor without even seeing it. The big walls helped already a lot with this problem. But there is room for more. Here some ideas: Wharf/Quay - to load and unload. Including Item's like a crane, extendable platform (kind of like the elevator but horizontal) and so on. Dock's & Pier's – they already exist in the game as items (see Freeport and so on). Make them craft able and snap able (with a toggle if they should snap or not). It will help a lot if a big Dock is just maybe 3 structures (like the big walls) instead of hundreds! Harbor-Walls (Sea Walls - also counter wave-movement) & Gates (designed for Waterplacement, example: Lock Gates). Placing stuff under water is beyond terrible. Harbor-Items should be able to be placed on the big under water rocks and not get obstructed by them. In this category one could also add defense against Torpedo’s. All the harbor-items like mooring cleat stock, ship fender and so on. The mooring cleat stock could work as an item that pulls the ship into place and functions like an anchor. If you’re close enough you get the option to use this and then the ship gets pulled automatically. Decorative but usable Items like Alarm-bells, Dressing-Line's & flags for them and so on. Any more ideas?

Yesterday I was working on a Brigantine in EU PvE. The skeleton, panels, deck and sails were built as well as various chests and roof pieces. The ship wasn't launched as I was still adding some parts. When I logged back in this morning. I discovered panels were "missing" and the skeleton was visible. On closer inspection, it looks like the panels have moved and misaligned from the skeleton leaving gaps. As seen in the screenshot. The floor panels have stayed, however the decks themselves also seem to have disappeared. When on where the decks should be, I end up in a constant falling animation. I've tried to launch the ship, however it doesn't seem to have an interface to do this. Does anyone have any ideas?

Our entire company is running into an error where we cannot build ANY ships. We've tried different grids, new and old shipyards, doubling the resources required, using old resource requirements for ships, and scuttling useless ships. When we insert the materials into the shipyard we get the following error, "Not Enough Resources!" We suspect it may be an issue with the limit of ships not properly counting per grid, but rather the entirety of all ships on all servers. Has anyone encountered this and have a potential fix?

Placing a ladder on a ceilling with a gab cause a stuck under the shipyard or a spawn under the ship. To walk under a Sloops deck you have to crauch. When you crauch and access/climb up the laader, then you spawn under the ship. Is this ship in the building process on a shipyard, your character stucks under the ship.

Hi, I just had a very annoying bug on the EU PVE server in M5. I released a Schooner and he went straight through and started fidgeting and ran aground under another boat under construction. Enable the option to allow shipyards to be private or public use, that takes a cut of the resources once crafted. This would not only enable PvE players to access limited land to build things, but also promote pvp and the destruction of shipyards for resources.

Problem: Enemy Shipyards (only small tested so far) block building on top of existing foundations. Reproduce: 1. Player 1: Build foundation near water. 2. Player 2 (enemy to player 1): build small shipyard close to player 1's enemy foundation. 3. Player 1 can no longer place anything on said foundation or snap anything to it. Building for player 1 is blocked by Player 2's enemy shipyard. should be: shipyards no build zones should not overlap enemy no build zones or take priority over foundations. I recommend significantly reducing shipyard no build zone as well. Info: this was tested on official NA PVE server, region E5, NE corner of stingray island.

Hello, we were making a brigantine, and basically 3 days in the crafting of everythin a ghost ship started attacking our boat that wasn't even on water. I saw myself forced to demolish everything before losing all the materials. We are a group of 4 and we were 2 online, and we arrived to the shipyard when he was already shooting it, so we wheren't close to it. After i demolished the body of the ship it started attacking us, and when we died it stop and got stucked with the shipyard, I had to go with a sickle and start hitting it to get rid of it. I got some loot, but I would gladly give it back for our 2/3 days of work. So, please make them not get trigered by ships still on shipyard or make them not get too close to islands. I recommend (and i will do): Just farm everything and build everything at the same time.
