They think they are automatically forgiven now a new map comes out I have not forgotten how bad you treated the community nor have I forgotten that you left Atlas to rot while you went to work on Ark where the team was supposed to have been split between the two games. Forget any free hat or costume that you are going to give us when you update it, that will not work on me I'm afraid, it's long past that time for cosmetic bribes. A new map with the same mechanics and same ships will not bring me back, I will come back when you make it the pirate game it should be and not before. You should be ashamed of yourselves @Dollie good game devs communicate with their customers, not leave them without information for months. The damage has been done to you, I'm keen to see how many come back, I bet not as many as you think.

I loved playing Atlas but there is only so much you can take without content and being updated. Once you've done most of the things in the game sailing out at sea spending hours travelling just gets repetitive and boring, at least for me. I only keep coming back to the forums because of the people on here who have been playing from the beginning like me and to see if there is any news on things. As for Ark, i've never played it but if nobody knows Ark is free right now on Epic Games Store and I will leave the link below. If you haven't got it already might be worthwhile claiming it for free as it's only free for the next week I think. I probably won't play it but still it's always there if I want to. I just wish they all worked on Atlas rather than Ark. Ark for free

The only way I would come back after a wipe now is if there is a huge turnaround in how the game is played and more content added. I've come back after the last wipes but that was because they were working on it thinking more content was coming when it wasn't. I've moved on to other games like alot of people, if they wiped it again and just added a few cosmetic, hats etc then they won't see me back on it. I still remember the first day playing, alot of glitches and bugs but never thought it would be where it is today, I expected so much more.

Nice little set up, I could never get into breeding it just take far to long to sit there and hand feed. After 1800hrs I stopped playing, shame they ditched the game. If they kept updating it I would have still been playing it today.

No, they used to update it regular until they moved back to Ark. I'm not even sure if they still put x2 on or not, stopped playing it ages ago. Shame they didn't move everyone of Ark and put them on Atlas, wishful thinking maybe. I don't think anyone is working on Atlas right now, office locked up, computers and lights off and away they went.

Many left months ago, I felt the same way done most of it and becoming a chore which was boring. I think at this stage even if they came back to say we are adding new features most will probably not return because they know what to expect from these devs. I don't think I will ever be back, even with another wipe. The time has passed and I've moved on to other games like many people have.

They couldn't even stick to a roadmap, not played it in months. I've got back into Life Is Fudal which is good building game but very grindy. They should just give up with Atlas, tell the truth that you are all back on Ark. All you see from Jat and Doll is Tweets about Ark. Atlas was finished a long time ago.

My guess is there will be no full release, been a cash grab from the start. Very easy for them to just use Ark features and layouts and use it for Atlas knowing they weren't going to update it as much as we thought. I think they've conceded, they see everyone anger and how the majority has left so gone back to focus on Ark full time. They were good with the smoke and mirrors though, made some good money out of it I bet. If they had any sense they would just scrap it.

Come and try out Life Is Fudal, the map is getting wiped next week. I know it's not a pirate game but it still a grind and has building and fighting. PvE in greenzones. I've had it with this game, I would have thought by now they would have said something, I think it has been left to one side.

I've gone back to Life Is Fudal, they are wiping the map next week so it's a fresh start for everyone. If you like PvE you can build in the greenzones, it is a grindy game also but I like terraforming the land and building. Will not Play Atlas anymore, haven't played it for months.

Not many people have had tickets answered but they have in the past. If it is regarding griefing though then forget it, they won't help you at all. Jat said many months ago on stream they would not be listening to peoples tickets if it's griefing, they are more focused on bug reports so he says (makes me laugh) I've never bothered with tickets, waste of time. There was a group on M5 one time who had put huge walls around the sunstones, so someone else decided to put a huge wall around his which made me laugh when I saw it but the devs take no notice, tickets were submitted but months went on and it was still there, proves my point. I think we've all been led down the garden path, most of the devs were always working on Ark and Atlas is a side hobby for them. They fooled alot of people i'll give them that.

I agree 100%, the worst part is many of these so called mods and devs are on Discord every single day for most of the day yet they can't be bothered to come on here and post on their own forums. They wonder why people get angry with them when there is only communication towards the big companies and on selective social media. They post patch notes on here, yet they log off as soon as they done it to go back to Discord, pathetic really. The community wouldn't be so angry if they had some communication once in awhile. They promised to do a live stream every month, that didn't happen. They haven't even got the decency to say sorry to everyone.

I thought they kept x2 on all the time now? I know it was on for a long time the past few months or so but I don't play it now so wouldn't know. They are probably over the moon that New World has been delayed until August, if they had any sense they would be bringing updates out every week to push it forwards. They've had a lucky escape for a few more months with New World pushed back. Don't expect anything from these devs though, they are not capable.

People have the right to give their views of the game whether you like it or not. Some of us have been around since day 1 and with 1800hrs in game I think I'm entitled to it but its no different to someone with few hours in game they still have the right to post. The devs don't care about the community because there was no apology for a start for the way they have treated the community. Shame the devs of New World didn't have this game, they would have made it how we all thought it was going to be. At least I have New World to look forward to in few weeks.

Early Access feedback: To incompetent and can't develop a game. What is the point in telling them known bugs? They don't listen to what we say, they don't communicate full stop. I'd have more respect for them if they just told us what is happening and not prioritising other games which they shouldn't as Atlas is not supposed to be part of Ark but it is if they and taking devs off it to go to Ark. I've had my fun with it, won't be going back to it for awhile, maybe come back in 1 year see what has changed, if nothing then it won't be getting played again. I have New World to look forward to anyway, already pre ordered.

You are entitled to post here whether you have the game or not, it is a public forum. If they wanted it for Atlas players only it would have been locked opened via purchase of the game. Don't know what the fuss is about, people don't like it move along and don't read.

Game is dead, just look at the Steam charts below to get an idea. Wait for New World to arrive and I'll bet money that number will go down even further. January 11.8k March 4.2k If they changed the whole game around like they said they were going to do they might revive it abit but there would have to be a wipe for that. I don't think anyone believes a word they say anymore though, they have lost confidence in them. The frustrating thing for me is it could be a great game but they don't seem to care enough to make it into a great game. It's almost like a side hobby for them away from Ark than any real standalone game. I will keep an eye on the numbers when New World comes out though, will be interesting to see how much it drops. I know alot of people on officials have just left everything, a friend still plays and 2 people have offered him 100 animals and everything else, shows how much people care now. Steam Charts

Nowhere near good enough to get me back playing Atlas or the majority that left the game months ago. A few fixes or changes here and there is not going to entice me back I'm afraid. The way the have treated the community it should have been a big update and a huge turnaround in the way the game plays which could possibly mean another wipe, that's what would bring me back. No new content, no new items, the new flames to the sails doesn't do it for me. Where is the change of direction they said was going to happen? What are they working on? When are these updates being rolled out? Where is the SORRY to the community for abandoning them? Give some pathnotes and hope all is forgiven, nope people have shown their feelings by leaving and I doubt they will be back in any hurry. I can tell you now as soon as New World is released you can bring as many updates as you want, I and many others won't be back. Stick it up your a***.

Waiting for New World while I leave the old world behind, Atlas.

If everyone tagged @Dollie@Jatheish at the end of their post it might shown just how unhappy everyone is. I doubt they are bothered but they probably only glance for a second and they're back to Ark. As others have said, New World out in month or so can't wait to play that. If the community are not tagging or sending them to the devs then we only talk among ourselves on here.

The trouble is they were focused on one game, the devs on Atlas are focused on Ark, they are not focused on one project which is why I don't see the point in splitting the dev team, waste of time. No Man Sky is a fine example of how it should be done, i've got many hours in that game also and at launch was poor just like Atlas. They listened to the community and turned it around, I don't get that vibe with Atlas though, it's a lost cause, you either like it as it is or not at all. The worst part is they couldn't care less about the community, it costs nothing to come here and say something like "we are aware of the concerns within the community of Atlas, we can assure you we will be bringing some updates fairly soon, more new content is on the way" they haven't got a clue about development, I'm surprised they made Ark not that i've played it. Like a bunch of people thrown in the same room doing different things, no coordination. I've Tweeted many times to Jat and Dollie about how bad they are, take no notice, they're not bothered whether it goes under or not. Communication is not one of their strong points if they had any at all. I'd be over the moon if some other devs took it over.

This game won't be released as in complete. I have the feeling it will end up like 7 days to die which came out in 2013 and to this day is still early access. Go and look at the devs Twitter feed, all Ark, couldn't care about Atlas at all. If it was a dev team away from Ark oh this game would probably have taken off big time but we'll never know. Good game to pass some time, had my fun with it but it won't be anything like we imagine in the videos they released before launch.
