Uhm, are we talking about water not freezing above the freezing temperature? When they introduced it I thought it was about making ice somewhere else and take it to your base, like in polar you need heat from time to time. I didn’t know we would be able to make ice in tropical regions.

I was glad that the rare items aren’t as easy to make on Atlas as they are on ARK. If you don’t buy the items it can be a real challenge. Mentally.

Then they’ll just follow up on it. Needs to be capped way harder. Or just have a mod up because it happens at the same time everyday .

You loved the game but because less people are playing than you anticipated you don’t love it anymore is that the conclusion of all this? If I love a game I wouldn’t do what you do which is cry about stuff that (evidently) is not important to them neither to the 5000 people playing. But hopefully you will get some kind of statisfaction out of it.

Base weight changed, for the bad imo but that’s just me probably. I want this game to be hard on me/us. All they do is make it easier. It really should be the other way around.

Just let the players design the islands, I’m sure they could find atleast a few enthousiastic kids

Just add in a timer of 10-30 seconds that ships are still vulnerable to damage after entering a freeport or island. No need for harpoons.

This will be exploited and people will hate it, that’s a fact. Grapeshot is well known to think about 1 scenario and not the other, the one that says ‘Way to exploit’ on it - they usually ignore that one.

They usually spam in the European mornings; and since grapeshot is based in ‘Murica... we need more European moderators!

Yes like others said it should spawn in back, and best thing to use is a bear. You can easily solo pretty much every map if they’re not in hard ass places.

ATLAS TEK, too soon imo.

The map started lagging after a week. First week with the most fog of war there was, there wasn’t any lag. So I don’t think that’s an argument you’re having there.

Again this is what you get and will always keep. One group wants to get rid of it, now it’s gone and another group wants it back.

Like the other poster said you can do whaling pretty much when you have a schooner up and running. There are some very informative vids to find on youtube about it. But honestly, it can also be a pain in the ass. I usually don’t do them, I only do the treasure runs where you just get a couple of thousand gold (do them in weekends because then it’s 2x) and you just go from there. When you have done that, 200 gold is peanuts since there isn’t really much else to spend gold on other than cosmetics and maybe a market thingie. On the other hand, if you’re going for the high end gear you will need lots of gold to pay for various resources if you can’t get them by just harvesting.
