So since the beginning of the new season I have problem loading map in the game and connection to in-game voice channels, i investigate a bit with few friends with same problem and we found out a work-around is to just refresh the steam server library every time we have the issue ... but that only works if you can see Atlas servers in the library and that is not the case for me ... anyone know how to fix this or even better the initial issue with the map not loading and voice deactivated ?! https://freeimage.host/i/eTwLXV

First off, I agree with many here that believe that we need solutions to the current issues within the game (some persisting from day one, if not even earlier) before creating new potential problems. Or perhaps the intention is to fix all once changes are finalized. The latter course, in my honest opinion, is a certain path to the utter death of this game as many players have already "abandoned ship" because of these alone. The fluctuation of functionality in the maps are of most prevalent concern. Another major point of note is the inability of a great many non-pc players (myself included most recently) to actually participate in the game due to issues specific to console, and of which not even powerful next gen consoles seem immune. This brings me to the crux of this post, crossplay. I've seen quite a few posts from the console gaming community (as, I'm sure, have you all) complaining about putting countless hours into the game only to find they are suddenly unable to play because someone on pc with superior graphics and processing capabilities decided to build a game crashing super structure right next door, or a "lag trap" at the shore of an island which again crashes the game and allows the destruction of their ship without any chance whatsoever for a console player to defend themselves or evade the onslaught. I fully realize that not all pc players utilize this advantage, and to them I'm grateful. Many more, however, happily use that advantage to easily profit from the ever dwindling console community. These players are why I propose for the purposes of fair and more even gaming the separation of pc and console gaming by way of crossplay being either limited to a specific server or eliminated altogether.

Starting out has never been better: NPC Ships Mega Update - Released Standing & Faction System Mega Update - Released Beginner Harvest Boost! Server Radioactive Atlas: Welcome to the world of Radioactive Atlas, a 5x5 map with 20 PvE and 5 PvP grids. While we have provided PvE with useful rules, there are no rules in PvP, except for general rules like the tone of voice! Here you can loot, pillage, plunder & fight as you please. NEW!!! You're just starting? All beginnings are hard, especially at low rates, so all players who haven't reached level 30 now have a permanent x2 Harvest Boost! Our world is a special one, not only do we have Foxes, Eagles & Hippos. Wild young animals are on the agenda! Realism in a new dimension! These are also tameable, but must be raised afterwards. The seas are different... in addition to the Ship of the Damned, two NPC factions, Pirates & Navy, are fighting each other. You decide for which side you stand or if you stay neutral! But there is also a lot to discover away from ships. In our polar regions the narwhal is up to mischief, the black dragon terrorizes the PowerStone islands and somewhere on the map this mysterious black fog has appeared... You want to know more? Then visit the trading post, perhaps you'll find answers in the tavern. Here you can also offer animals and items to other privateers through our trading system or purchase goods from them. Sometimes too many animals? Our unique stable system allows you to store animals in any freeport or trading post and pick them up at any stable. Later on you can also set up your own stable! Still not enough? Then try your hand at Magic & Alchemy. Both of these sophisticated systems are only available here! Use powerful spells, create powerful potions, new metals and much more! Build something beautiful. The modpack from Radioactive now offers well over 1000 decorative items, some of which bring new features to the game. There's also plenty of structure to choose from with over 36 stone and 18 wood variations! What are you waiting for? The world of Radioactive Atlas is waiting for you! Write history! https://www.radioactivegaming.eu

Have you looked at the PVE map Grapeshot? It's only been a week and the only islands available to claim are frozen tundra where no beginning character can servive. I'd be willing to bet that every claimed island is owned by PC players. They already have large groups established, giving them a monopoly... So as a new Xbox player, your only choice is to join a PC owned company or pay tax to a PC owned company. In Atlas, PC players ARE the master race and that hurts my sensitive Xbox feelings. It's great that console players with PC buddies have the option to play with their friends, but for those of us that don't have PC buddies, we're kinda getting hornswoggled. This is my push to get 4 more non-cross-play Xbox minority race main servers. Please make this happen while I can still resist joining Trump2020 Company. EDIT: To the PC players-- I'm not trying to offend. My only real complaint is that in the current situation, Xbox players don't have the ability to own land. Thanks for clarifying the tax thing. That's not so bad. The way PVE works is not very clear.

I realize this might be very difficult to implement but it really sucks to cross from one server to another and end up directly in the face of a ghost ship. Especially for unarmed rafts or sloops. Is there someway to see even a fuzzy image of a ghost ship through the server "wall" so we can choose to cross at a different location? Please. Right now it is a pot luck to travel.

(I am wrighting this post to see if we can get nondedicated servers and who wants them) there are many people that like nondedicated servers to play privatly with freands or maby by them selves. Without halfing to keep on paying for a server if they do want to play on a privat server . There is infact a thing you can do with an xbox controler that sugests this but i have goten no answer on this.

Hi all, I have several people in my company that can't connect to the servers still because their character is located in an over populated quadrant. So when they click on Join ATLAS or Rejoin, they get a timeout error instantly and can't join the game at all. They don't get to the screen that they can choose which server they can join, so basically they are stuck on the main menu of the game without being able to move into the game. What I would like to know is if players (or devs) have a solution for this? The players have tried everything from reinstalling the game to restarting their routers, to remove user configuration files, etc. They can't join at all. If someone could provide some advice as to what to do in order to resolve this problem, that would be great!
