Fist of all, Ty for getting out of bed and racing back to work to shut the hacker(s) and server down ASAP, last night, guys. As far as that rollback, lol, The streamer who seemed to be targeted first and his group had literally just spent a couple of hours fighting to regain part of their island back from another group who had managed to claim a flag within their base territory when, the Whales and dragons started spawning all around the island, They got busy killing one of the Whales that was spawned in the air right next to them, while waiting for their flag to cap, it was at about 15mins left before the retake. Roll back 3, hours. Streamer logs back in, inside his other bunker, the others from the company back and spread all over as they were before racing back to help take back their base... The other flag re-taken again, the other group in control and sleeping inside it and out.. I logged out as they started trying to take it back again. It was like The fight to reclaim, the reclaim and the hacker attack against them just after never happened and they had to start from scratch. I can see why some would be a lil upset there. I hope the correct party was banned and you continue to stay on those bans when ever they are "caught" cheating/hacking and using exploits. Edit to say: 1 of the company members was out and about because, he had just gotten his fou.. so it rolled back just before he did so. heh

Maybe an admin snapped under the stress, hope he or she gets medical attention. But, yeah, seems whales and dragons were falling out of the sky at other locations as well, after this started here. They had just taken back their flag on the island and bam.. it started raining dragons and whales.

Sextant Buff does seem to mess with people, can crash going through a "shimmer" border as well if you have Sextant Buff active. Anyone who has this same problem Please be sure to - Vote - this issue up. Same with any other issue on the Help forum you may find applies to you.

Well, they are working on all fronts really, teams set up to handle different areas. Just because you see new content (being created by one team) doesn't mean they are not working on performance (another team) or technical issues (another team). I do agree, when they do wipe the map, it will clean up the tons and tons of debris out there/sleepers who are not going to wake up/ building parts who knows where.. and a lot of trash left over and piling up since launch and all its troubles and performance should improve from that a lot. Many players who were fine fighting the lag and bugs, understanding that it is a game still in development and more than happy to assist with it all, decided to step away because of the lack of removing the other players who had been cheating the gameplay against them. It seems they have started addressing that, so if they keep up with that and gives players back a fair playing field, I expect that many will return to playing. Numbers will always go up and down after a major patch as well, to check to see if what was bothering them personally had been resolved. The game is still early in its EA, it has plenty of time to continue its growth, rather player count is at a low or a high. It is a long term thing, not a two month fix or done. heh heh

Official servers will have your immersion ruined and map wiped on Official as well at some point I play Unoffiical myself but, you as well have to remember that what yo udo on Unofficial does not "count" in the long run, What yo do on Offiical does. Though, if youre looking for a more relaxing "private sever feel" yeah, finding a good unofficial may be good choice for some.

Boring people, usually get bored first so, stop being a boring person. But, yeah they right now have the basics in the game, only. They have a good couple years to add what else they plan to add along the way. heh. I agree though! Get off the pc and go watch a movie or do that going out thing in general for a bit. MmMm

Decay shouldn't be a problem if you get in, do your business and get out again, If you are that concerned for your bigger ships, take a smaller one in instead?

Eh, anyone who can not play the game legit without, breaking code of conduct/friend of someone at company/streamer, what ever the case.. Should not be using Official server as a personal playground where they have any advantage that a normal player would not have playing the game as it should be played. I do hope you Ban EVERYONE who choses to do so, no matter who they are as you catch them doing so. I mean, if an owner or admin of an Unofficial server pulled any bs. Guess what? People would stop playing there. Again, no special treatment when it comes to banning those who are not playing the game the way the game is intended to be played by the players. Please and Thank you.

If the company knew the hacker and was kicking him, I hope that that company wrote up a ton of reports and cheater tickets on the player else, it looks like they were involved, regardless. IF these guys actually own or affiliated with the company, they should fess up and stop the bs, they are killing their own game(s). What ever is the case, @Jatheish or anyone who is behind the scenes with THIS game, needs to step up and explain. Seriously. Even your most positive supporters are refusing to play now because of this Admin level abuse out of other players.

I was watching the "Whale and plane vod" and I was wondering why the heck I kept seeing 123 joining server over and over again. I thought it was some guy having a real bad time with dc's or something. But, 123 kept joing the server enough for it to stand out to someone just casually watching the vod. heh

Unless they changed something, The program people been using to make personal flags/tattoos says that the color Forest isn't in Atlas so uncheck it from the box.. lol So am assuming its not in Atlas and is why its weird.

I was watching a group of ships(of all sizes) last night, in one when they were heading out for a fight, they all survived the storm fine. As well watched another ship sail directly into one to fight a lvl 11 sotd, it survived both the storm and the SoTd, just fine. However, in both cases I think the company does make it a habit to keep its ships up sturdiness. As for the one that sank for you all, did you have waterbarrels open on it that maybe filled up and it maybe was weight that did it? donno, I mean.. I haven't sailed a raft for a few days, maybe I need to take one out and go spout huntin just to try it out. lol. I usually survive just fine in them with a raft.. I may take enough damage that I start praying that I get out in time but the raft thus far, not a problem haha

Are you 100% certain the ships were not touching the ground under them or any other object, in anyway? heh. a lot of things, I don't think old age is one of them Unless I mean it says.. 200hp and that is the max of its full health or something after countless repairs .. idk?

Watching anyone trying to fight using a gun and have to jump about while reloading as the other player just spam shots fire arrows at the player and more so just on the ground... its painful to watch, let alone play through it (if you are the player trying to reload through the fire spam, that is) If you don't really want to change the system v fire overly much, maybe a short cool down between fire arrows? idk just something to give those who want to use guns, a chance at least. heh.

heh, wonder if anyone contacted him. Steam forums are uh.." passionate".. with the discussions *cough* so posts can be buried 3 pages back in an hour at times, with the spam posts and necro's. ziyou7579 was the players steam name. I was real tired, didn't even post that. lol /facepalm

There is a Chinese player on the Steam Forums requesting assistance with something, he says he can not email/ticket from here because of firewall. If anyone can pop over there and help him, it would be much help. TY.

If you just got some treasure, yeah.. maybe overweight? check rain barrels as well if you have them, when they fill up they add more weight.

Oh, the streamers are keeping an eye out for potential or blatant cheaters always, they make sure to document as they go as well, they have a chunk of witnesses, watching at all times. What the Dev's have to do beyond banning for it? I don't know but, like Sulfurblade said up above me, the devs are taking a look as things pop up, rather it turns out to be something that is an easy fix or an ongoing outside program upgraded cheat they have to stay ontop of.. I hope they are taking names as well, many many names who should not be allowed back into the game for cheating big time.

Too many times, people can spend time blowing down a gate to get in and before they can even take a step, another gate is tossed up. Same with, clearing out a battlement, cant progress forward because, defenders will just rush in, put down more walls and a bed and.. you name it. Think, maybe repairing (that can be interrupted), instead?

Not sure about anyone killing it atm but, do agree.. Wild Animal nerf would be real nice.
