i dont like that npc crews can protect your claim. 1 gold per hour is too cheap for such an important job. it should be 50gold per hour! you dont like that? then protect it yourself!

with all respect. you cant compare wow with atlas. wow was from vanilla to bfa solo friendly(yes 5man dungeons are solo friendly) so thats not an argument. a casual is not always a solo player. todays wow sucks because many many terrible design decisions like flying mounts, raidfinder and sharding/phasing.

like someone said. long time inactive flags should simple despawn and new players can see the free spot right away. easy solution. i like the anti sleeper change, if you dont find 5 mins in 3days to login to refresh the timer then get fucked. inactive players sleeping on their claims is huge problem on pve. you need to make this game more "new player friendly" or its gonna die out super fast.

yea i hate the storm since day 2. there is no real weather system in this game its just a bunch of random triggers. same with temperatures... -52°Celcius at the bottom of the ocean! LOL what a joke.

killing 5 lowlvl ai ships can cost you over 500 metal. im talking about medium cannon balls. i dont even use large cannons because its too expensive for a solo player. companys dont have that problem i guess

thats offtopic i know but because you said skyrim and multiplayer... the multiplayer mod for skyrim just went to closed beta and its pretty good what i hear. i agree with WoW but wow classic is coming and atlas is pretty much a waiting room for wow classic for me.

i have a guy (or better a POS) on my home isle. this one little f*cker claimed 70% of the island and he doesnt even play anymore. his timer just doesnt stop because he problaby sleeps somewhere in his shitty house. i am so sick of this loser and i cant do ANYTHING against this non existent player.

this is almost like DayZ Standalone Early Access. dayz devs making many weird and useless changes for 5 years and 2018 they release the end (1.0) and the game was pretty much dead. its now slowly coming back to life because of MODS. the same will happen here(maybe). official atlas sucks ass but give the modders some time and it could be amazing. atlas devs cant do it, it was clear from day one

Forge has a great heat range. i have 3 forges close together in the polar region and if i turn all 3 on i would die because its too hot. pretty funny

and how long until we have under water base building? i mean subnautica is a great game but its getting more and more crazy. if you keep this up we will be in space next year.

WTF i am in the polar region. there are 1 million ai ships round my ship. if i login and my ship is sunk you will never see me again

thats why i always try to sail near a border to switch the zone if a stupid storm happens.

you bring up the shark problem. how can you salvage a sunken ship if 3 sharks spawn as soon as you jump into the water?? sharks 3 shot you and you have to fight more than one all the time. looting sunken ships is great content for me but i cant do it because of sharks. they are worse than wolves if you ask me

i dont understand you guys, schooner and brig with 100% large sails outrun ai ships and whales easily. you are so fast that they not have enough time to shoot once. your fault if your ship is at 90% weight.
