There is a timer for tames to die. It's called food and hunger. And for all the players who like it a little bit diverse, there is a special second timer on them: 8 days until they are claimable. And how was it possible for others to claim your tames? Are you on pvp? Because I lock in all my tames (on pve) because of snakes and other dangerous issues who will kill all the tames.

It's just another way they figured out to punish the last lack of players who were playing theyr game. On these days it's not the best idea to shut down a game for 10 days. Especially when you already stand on the front end of a plank with a mob behind you...

You don't have to rush for DP. It takes time to reach lvl 51, what gives you more time to pretend for the worthy shit. If you're not interested in the ownership of an island, then this could be your roadmap: - Tame a Bear - Build a Schooner. Fast as hell and supports a diving attatchment (gold income) - later build some ballistas on the schooner. That allows you to kill whales and Hydras (25 DP for the first whale and another 30 DP for each powerstone) This is the fastest way to incrase the DP and let you push your level up to 65...75. Lvl 60 is a good state, where you can almost build and wear/use everything in the ground state. But you don't level so fast, if you don't do treasuremaps all the time. Because around lvl 30 it starts to take way longer to lvl up. I played three weeks again on the official servers and was lvl 43 or so with doing a lot of maps, who are the best way to gain xp. Better than killing alphas. To hunt for the DP is never the first thing on the list. This is something you can do beside. And don't waste too much points in fortitude. 20 points is enough for the beginning.

6 years is a long time. I'm not sure for 100% but I think there are only 2 devs @ 7dtd. I played it too, one or two years ago. Not a bad game but after the first zombie-wave it's too easy.

As long as you don't delay the launch of 8. Oct, you will not fall in the same hole as at the first wipe. And be sure not to enable 6x all until the wipe (imo this was the poison, not the wipe himself).

Hmm... Officials run pretty fine, if you have a good hardware. I nearly never get problems with the fps and almost all of the problems (stuck, fall thru ground ...) are solved. About the balancing of pvp I can't tell you, because I don't play there. I played on private servers too but there you feel so lonely. On the officials you will still meet lot of people and gives some diversity.

But hey, now we get a date, when the patch goes online. Seems not so important to tell this on the official website, where you can "find informations and news"...

Thread nr 3258 about a wipe who is not confirmed nor unconfirmed. Yesterday I saw a picture of a tuna can wrapped in plastic in a store. The niveau is similar to this thread. It's just unnecessary. They can spawn on claimable islands. Surely not in the freeport nor lawless. Go from island to island and once you find one with pirates.

They despawn after 10 or 15 minutes.

Just take note about how much more food a growing bear needs. In 6h, two growing bears eat up more than two troughs full of berrys. They starved because they run out of food.
