Your argument was not that it ism't easy, you specifically stated it wasn't AVAILABLE in MOST regions. That is not correct, all temperate, desert and equatorial servers have it available, doesnt mean it is there on every island. I have visited a few that are barren of trees, one I remember wondering how they got any fiber to make anything. There are advantages to living in certain places and that I am sure was a decision for strategic gameplay. I assume that the implementation of the paste was to deter people from say.... I don't know maybe building a lighthouse of there own out of stone and causing server lag thus detracting from the official server. However, when you count desert and Equatorial then sap is available in most regions. Basically out of 225 there is 90 that do not have a natural spawn available, not what I would call most.

While I feel your grief there OP at times it is nessasry to do in lawless as you have no way to keep people from building all around you and locking you out. My island has seen dozens come in, build a hut and shipyard then nothing til I demolished their crap. meanwhile I am running around a maze trying to get resources for my base. Nowadays my stretch is pretty open, but has a lot of foundations covering it, however if anyone asks I am more then willing to open some up to settle as long as it doesnt kill my game.

Basically how I see it in terms of the devs would be if you aren't hearing from us its because we are too busy enjoying your game to pause and leave nice messages, when we rage though we will run here and post vicious hate filled threads about every gripe we can. While not doing much to bolster a positive relationship, it is an all too familiar pattern to most online games anymore.

I know not about OP but I tame by myself and rarely would one describe it as easy. Though this double taming sure gets me close to it.
