I’ve never had this issue till today, and to my knowledge I did nothing to cause it. Every time I load up the game it either waits a few seconds before freezing completely; or freezes when I click on join server, options, or any other button on the screen; waiting for it to resolve itself or load does nothing; validating and reinstalling multiple times have not yielded any change either. I’m stuck on what to do and would be happy for any suggestions…. I have 16GB of ram and am running the game on a very nice computer, the game is on an HDD as I don’t own an SSD but it’s never been a problem for me before playing atlas. Would appreciate any advice!!! Thank you!!

Whenever we have more than one server running, only the first one that starts listens (being the only on joinable) and the others "start" but dont listen. Looking at the logs, everything seems to be normal (comparing the working one to the others). Every grid works if we launch them individually, we just cant have more than one working at any given moment Running on Ubuntu Server 20.04 Hoping that someone ran into this issue before or knows what might be wrong. If this isn't much info to go on, i can send over some more info, logs and such Im using the tools from https://github.com/BoiseComputer/atlas-server-tools (basically, supposed to be a quick set of commands to get a 2x2 started)

The game was playing great for me before this weeks update, now the lag is making it pretty much unplayable. Constant skipping, like I'll be walking and then my character jumps back to where I started and I have to walk the same distance again, this seems to happen about every 20 to 30 seconds. Like I said, the game was working perfect for me right up to the update and now I don't even want to play anymore.

So, I was trying to fill in the open spots of my upper bow deck on the Galleon, but on all these spots i get the message: "Requires Nearby Foundation Support"

So I've recently began construction of a larger 12x25 tile Manufacturing Barn with multiple wide gate entries on all sides. The entire structure is built over the water on a dock which is adequately supported with pillars every 2 or so blocks in both directions allowing for foundation support to hold the floor up without issue. When trying to fill in the ceiling of the crafting floor and when trying to fill in the roof of the second floor I end up with a random strip in the middle of the building where it will not let me place any ceiling tiles because of Foundation Support? The entire ceiling is easily suspended over a completely pillared and supported floor level over the water, so if the floor has adequate foundation support why then does the ceiling above it NOT have adequate foundation support to fill in the rest of the celing and roof? There is no way to submit a support ticket via this website to receive any kind of official support for players in the Xbox version. The ticket system requires entering Steam ID information to submit a ticket. It would be great if we could get a way to submit tickets for the Xbox version so we don't have to clog up the forums with requests for support. Just a thought!

Can somebody tell me wht the \Content\Atlas\AtlasCoreBP\HarvestComponents\temp folder is? there are items in there that are not in the biome folders ie 00_OceanFloor Also, can anybody confirm that they have pearls on their unofficial map post patch? Small

Since last Patch can´t Connect to Atlas anymore. In launch screen issue "Invalid Token : Line 1 CH 1" what can i do ? I have been getting the same types of errors crashing my game ever since I've installed. Tried verifying files, reinstalling, low memory mode, updating drivers, etc. but still happens every time I play the game. It's always Array index out of bounds, although the array size varies between crash reports. Most common/recent report attached. After the update i cant join to the servers and when i try to join my pc is frozen. Any suggestions? I checked the files of ATLAS in steam. I don't know that i can do.

To anyone reading this could you please up vote this get this scum banned and bring attention to the devs how big of a problem the cheating is on this could be great game. Take a look down below for yourself if you want. Please deal with this or your time will be wasted making this game all due to cheaters ruining everything no one wants that. I was lvl 49 and had to respec, i was in a freeport zone which only allows me to level up to lvl 8. Now im stuck at lvl 8. I did not spend 85 hours just to get reset. CAN YOU PLEASE FIX THIS?!

For a few days a friend of me and me tried to connect on I9 PVE after a crash (region change), but it didnt work. yesterday we could log in, but our character werent sync with our accounts, so we had to start new... My Question now : Could u search our accounts and sync it again? If u need something, i streamed it and can send a link, if u need it. Have a nice day, Julia/Battlequeen94

Hey! I started this topic because I have a problem with my game. I guess you have a lot of problems to solve at this moment. I wrote already a message over „Contact“ but I got no answer or reaction yet. My problem is, that I am not able to play at all. I started on 29/12 to connect to the game and tried to connect to the EU PvE server, where I have 2 mates who started at D8 (they traveled to E8 already). As I had problems to connect to the same server, I tested a random server on EU PvE and I was able to connect. I created a charachter (RandAlThor or Rand al‘Thor ... can‘t remember the name) and than I played for 2 minutes (To begin, I spawned already at the wrong place). After 2 minutes I died and I tried to change the Home Server to E8. But I got a connection timeout and since than, I am not able to connect to any EU PvE Server. When I tried to connect to servers with much online players, it takes some time than I get message „Connection Timeout“ and on others I get instantly the message „lost connection to host“. My guess is, that my charachter is stuck between 2 servers and I am unable to join the game because of this. I tried to connect to EU PvP and I had no problems. I really tried everything but I can‘t connect to the PvE Server. I don‘t care even if you delete my charachter, but I want a solution. In my steam I have 5 hours online time on Atlas but I played only 2 minutes. I am not very satisfied, but I hope that someone can fix my problem. Thanks in advance for your help!

My hud disappeared after the new update v8.0. The only way to see my hud is by pressing my inventory key which is tab.

Traveled into server "Northeast Temperate Freeport" on NA PVP TKM, Grid L5 have not been able to get my character off the server shows it is 0/150 may need a restart thought it was just me but my friends went into that server too and they cannot get off. Hoping you can fix this asap not trying to lose my lvl 20 character and have to restart.
