In that case I agree with you. pvp however, the claim system takes away all skill and it makes it just depend on who is online more and who is offline more. The fact that you can take someone’s stuff by just standing there is kind of stupid really. I am not talking offline raiding like in ark to take over, and I am talking not even raiding but just standing there lol

You are right, especially jat has been doing a better job with communication. Other than him though I really haven’t seen any improvements at all. I mean at all. Like nothing good about this game except the fact that jat got better at communicating with the community

I am sure some of those might be good ideas, but if I am right and I am pretty sure I am things will go back to like ark and you just build a base with the buffer zone around you that people can’t build on. there will still be the decay timer and all but if you want that land you just gotta raid them and take it. I don’t really see the point of claims in the first place and the fact that a lot of changes would need to be made, then tweak, then perfected just makes it worse.

Yep, which will take a lot longer to breed than go to the fountain of youth. Add that in with the debuff and eventual perma death. yeah the no’s will be even higher nothing premature at all. The worst is what hasn’t been added yet

Come on man if I don’t like a movie that would come out nobody is going to say go be a movie producers. this is the only industry where you have people use the bs excuse of go make your own. i wouldn’t want to go back to school to get a second degree just to go make my own game. I think that is the real problem here Nothing explains that price tag half price of a AAA title game for way less than half of a AAA game. The claim system was a “new” idea they were trying. It was very stupid. I am all but certain that it will end up like ark and you can build wherever. there was literally nothing good about any aspect of the claim system lol

Yeah the numbers have dropped. But besides that, a lot of players just want to build bases ark style. This isn’t the pirate game they wanted it to be. It’s ark lol well I am sure some people treat it like a pirate game but most already know it’s ark. The only sailing that will be done is to travel to raid someone. They just made traveling to raid longer since you can’t just stop at a drop and transfer

Dude even in small tribe servers they had full tek bases. End game in atlas will be easy. The problem is some people that aren’t that good at pvp want to be able to solo as well. i know of a guy that was strictly solo on ark and raided 20 man tribes. He was a beast. He is planning on doing the same thing on atlas when it comes to console. if you are good then atlas is definitely a solo game

Even though some people use curse words a little too much I agree. The only lesson that wildcard has learned is their forums. the reason there is more freedom is is because the ark forums were total nazi Germany, and the mods censored anybody that disagreed with them, let alone say anything bad about ark. so even though I get where you are coming from, this is a lot better than how the ark forums were. It was truly pathetic to be honest

Wouldn’t really used the words “ so much” with this game not that much to begin with. As far as I know every mmo can be played solo. Some people aren’t so weak that they need a big company

Well evidently snow is wiping streamerhouse as we speak. Evidently they also got mastercraft gear from the hackers. I am starting to think these patches arent really fixing anything and tbh I am not surprised. so now at least the streamers are fighting each other but it still must suck when the hackers get involved to alter the battle. plus the 3 hour rollback made it to where it went back before streamer house had wiped snow already but since the rollback now the tides have turned. This doesn’t seem like a good direction we are heading in. ar least streamer house is popcorning everything in his base so the streamer that is using hacked gear won’t actually get anything.

Same thing with ark. Every time they do an event something will happen to either mess it up or waste your time. Nothing new really

I would like to see how many people have perma died, so if it happens to you then post it on here. i think it is time we realize it is time to start over. Most wont get to the fountain of youth and some won’t even bother going through the stress of it. The faster everyone realizes it the faster they can start over. Because in all reality it will happen again the next time you hit 100. This will be an every week thing so every week make sure to post it here

Nah, especially on pvp nobody cares if the others die. Pretty good tactic as well. Your enemy spawns in as a lvl 1? Yeah people aren’t going to help each other

Ah, well even though I am not a fan of hacking, I am also not a fan of streamer mega tribes either. from what grapeshots post said they are only targeting streamers so as long as they leave the nonaligned people alone, then I will just let them fight about it

I don’t remember that. I do remember they said they wanted one company to eventually rule the globe. in all reality, they just made the player shops which does away with the need for trade companies. Nobody is going to bother to set up a meeting when they can just go to the free port and get anything they want. what they did says you are wrong. Not what I say but what they already did

False. Pirate mmo survival game. and no they are not trying to make it like eve. The opposite in fact. The player shop is actually a page taken out of wows book. definitely a pirate game
