There are two spots where this happens and they are very close to each other: cheat TP M10 -304201 399070 347 and cheat TP M10 -303673 397709 347

After purchasing an island and making a small base we parked our boat for the evening. In the morning someone had built a shipyard directly on top of my boat and when I logged in, it immediately sank. This is a horrible hot mess. Alliances are needed. This claim system is completely ridiculous. The old claim system is fine it just needs limits to how many flags you can have per company. Every island is going to look like a complete disaster, creativity and building will be shut down completely because you won't be able to secure a building area to do what you had intended.
