if two companies or more want to fight each other why not let them? make a "war" option in PvE where you can challenge and fight other players if they accept

man, why not write a server grid where everyone meets. why write here? xD do we get specific invites? would join with a brig and some people, just let us know where you are going to start going there and how long you expect it to take

wait, who expected it not to be ark like? I mean.. do they even know how to do anything other than company focused grind fests that you barely can enjoy as a casual gamer? guys.. its WC, grow up. its going to be ARK like with a pirate skin in the end.

here a video of me doing it solo on a schooner (blue whale, the friendly one). just showing this to explain you really have to get into the whales face that the speers work. your crew will fire at a way higher range than they can actually hit (not sure why). anyway they used up quite a lot of speers before I switched to firing manual. jump to 1:32 if you just want to see how I kill it. rest is me figuring out how close I have to be. for the aggressive version it should be easier since I can probably drag it behind me. btw schooner build is 5 balista front, 5 balista back, large speed sail, small handling, leveled in weight and crew costs. started with 300 speers, endet up with 160 left but I think I could have killed him with around 50 to 80 probably if I missed less. did that around 3-4 days ago after the patch with the whale spawn changes.

there are two kind of people in this game people who don´t own land will always ask that gaining land gets easier people who own land will always ask to keep what they obtained as long as possible

common sense is "if I can build the shipyard it should have no issues building my ship"

1) the claim is yours, build a ramp or anything and try to move him out of there 2) the claim is not yours and you can´t build.. if water is close by try to build a raft or get a raft close enough so you can port him onto the ship/raft if no water is close by and its not your claim this is a goodbye, support won´t help here and there are a LOT of such situations where you can lose your tame.

sailing speed is fine. that´s what make it exiting. just add more stuff to do while on a ship. atm I do the following: - ship repairs while sailing - sextant mini game - crafting / repairing stuff from last island (always do that while you travel, never on land, always have 1-2 tool sets to use up) - avoiding SOTD / storms (boring tbh since I just always travel on server boarders and when a storm comes up I just cross and continue sailing etc.) .. what the game needs is something you can do while you sail like having a mini game you can play to restore food/vitamine or to make your ship travel 10% faster for a small amount of time etc.

on our island we have palm leafs on the ground which gave thatch before the patch. now they don´t give it anymore. intended?

that is correct. i logged in from work to check and could claim all my neighbors (don´t know how long they were offline, but this is normally a relatively active community on my island)

did the same with people.. just logged in and declaimed their stuff. god so many tears this evening and so many rage quits incoming

I´m alone, the claims are from 5 people that´s why we have a few more. The others all stopped playing (like majority of my island). Also I doubt that it is possible to have a rational discussion with you. You are probably the mob that screams for land cause you just came to late to get one. We were there on the first day and now should lose most of the land because some people came in later and have no issues finding land? What nonsense, as if any game with land would work like that. It´s always been .. either land is instanced and everyone has the same or land is open world and then the first who grabs it keeps it. Done.

We are a company of 5 people and have around 3 water and 5 land claims which we maintain. Nothing big.
