Is the report that you've lose your Fog/Shroud of war progress, or that the entire map system is inoperable after a restart? In the case of the progress, Fog/Shroud is stored locally so when you reinstall, you will lose these files. As for the map system being inoperable, this is something we would need to look into. In either case, thank you for the report, though I am sorry you're having this issue.

Sugar is the parent resource, something that will be found on freeport servers. All saps count as sugars, which are found on every other server.

Question, as I was just looking into this. Did you fast travel to a different server? Also, was the storage chest you placed the items in secured? Could be a case of someone came along and stole the items.

Unfortunately Shroud/Fog of war is stored locally, so in the event that you have to uninstall/reinstall the game, you're probably going to lose those files D=.

Im testing this atm, but Im not getting a repro on it. Is there any way you could shoot me a video so I can see whats going on? Edit: It does seem like it's as you're saying, since Tin requires 2 materials uses as fuel, it could be consuming the fuel before it consumes to craft, causing the issue you're talking about. Just thought I should mention this, as you should probably plan on putting more of the 2 fuel resources in than expected.

Im very sorry to hear that his happened to you, I know how crappy that feels D=. I am sorry to say that this is just an unfortunate issue of the boat hit land somehow, and boats don't like being on land. Make sure you regularly check the area around where you normally dock for rocks that have spawned, just to make sure this doesn't happen again in future.

Is your server count high? Anything over 100 and the server will start to teleport players to other servers so alleviate the stress on the servers

What item were you trying to craft so we can get an accurate look at this?

This is due to the health of the structure when you demo'd it. Make sure that anything you demo is at full health and you'll get the full 50% resource back.

You being upset is expected and its not problem. We are looking into both issues as we speak, and I hope we can get them both dealt with.

Are you talking about the automated system that removes players from the server based on server limit?

For reference, when was the picture with the negative claim timer taken?

I know that the negative claim timer is something we've been working on for a while now, thanks for the pic that shows it though. That might help a bit. Ill get this forwarded to the proper people and see if we cant get things rolling.

Exactly this. There are parts of islands that the land under water is a bit higher than the rest, and beaching your boat like that causes funky things to happen. Generally, if you see bouy's, don't go there.

Tp'd to both of those locations and Im not even seeing an island there. Have you verified your files lately?

Im not seeing any issues on my end, would you be able to provide a short video displaying the issues? And are you having issues building on a gall or just building one? Just trying to get specifics.
