My young son is crazy about the game. Thanks to the Devs... Meanwhile, he is interested in using Admin commands but can't seen to find a way of getting up the Command bar. Web sources say it's the Tab key but that's bound to "Hide Map Text". He's playing on a Mac using Bootcamp under Windows 10. He's also in Single player mode. 'Fraid I know nothing about Atlas (though pretty savvy elsewhere). Is Admin a Server only function or can he use Teleport and fly etc in Single player? He just wants ot get on with building boats. Input much appreciated...

Hi Atlas development team, First off I love the game and I know y’all receive nothing but hate and shade most of the time but I know you’re working hard to make this game even better than it already is and I wanted to say thank you and keep being great! With that said I know that many in the community, particularly the single player community as well as the PvE community, would appreciate it if you were to review whether or not you can have a crew member mount a cannon/swivel gun on a cargo saddle. While I completely understand the brokenness that ensued due to it being abused in PvP it was never really an issue in PvE and it’s honestly kind of a necessity in single player. Without being able to mount a crew upon a gun on a cargo saddle then one is unable to fully enjoy the versatility of such a set up. Having to choose between riding the tame or using the gun while stationary is completely different from having a crew member being able to shoot while you ride - this is single player mind you so it would follow that you should be able to do everything as a single player. It’s silly, to say the least, that to fully utilize this I would need to invite a friend into my single player game. In conclusion, seeing that the single player mode should have as many of the same game functions in multiplayer as possible, then making an exception to allow single players to allow crew to mount guns would make sense. At least it does to me, I hope now that it might to you. Many thanks for any consideration. Sincerely, Andrew Cutshall

Network: Single Player/Non-Dedicaed Host Grid: All with Wild Pirate Camps Description of issue: The pirates that are "mounted" on the cannons and other turret guns (pukkel, balista, etc.) don't take damage from ranged weapons. If shot by a gun or bow or hit by thrown spear it shows blood to register a hit but doesn't show damage numbers, nor does their life go down. Only when hit with a melee attack (by sword, spear slash, etc.) do they get off their spot and you can kill them. Repro steps if available/applicable: Just go to a wild pirate camp with turrets. CCC (if location specific, please include the CCC with your report): Doesn't work on single player, but just go to any wild pirate camp, I haven't found exceptions yet.

Hey, when trying to load up into my single player it freezes!

Problem: New tames are consistently disappearing, usually following shutdown/loading the game, or crossing zone transitions. Repro: (80%) 1. Tame a new creature, or breed an existing creature and raise it to adulthood. 2. Pass through an area transition, or save/reload the game. Result: New tame(s) will be missing. Expected result: Arrive in new zone or reload the game successfully and the tame still exists. Notes: - This problem did not begin until last night/this morning, but the playthrough itself is roughly a week old. Tames obtained before this window have been so far unaffected. - Creatures lost so far in this way include: Bear (Raised from baby) - Vanished during area transition at sea. Bear (Raised from baby) - Vanished during area transition at sea. Passed through several area transitions as a juvenile without incident, but vanished after maturing. Crow (Tamed from wild) - Appears to have vanished at sea during save/reload or zone transition. Exact timing unclear Crow (Tamed from wild) - Was missing after reloading the game from save state while still on land. - The game has no mods installed and is mostly running vanilla server settings. Network: Single Player Grid: D4 Description of issue: Starting today, while playing single player, the game will crash completely. No error message is given, it just returns me to me Xbox home screen. Typically occurs after about 5 minutes of play, though if I hold still the issue does not appear. Does not seem to affect ded-server play. Any screenshots or video demonstrating the bug: Repro steps if available/applicable:

Hello, I just purchased the game and played for around 2 hrs on the ocean free port in single player. I ran around killing animals and collecting resources and even gathered enough material to build a small ship. I couldn’t level up one level through this period of time no matter what I did. I am not sure what settings I have to change to get leveled. I did read that you have to leave the Freeport to level past level 8 but I didn’t even get to level one. Not sure if this is a bug or something I did/doing wrong?

Here are just a few things I've noticed while playing in Single Player mode. Fast travel duplicates player character. I used a bed to travel to a different grid, and when I came back my body as sleeping there. Logged out and back in, and its still there. When on a boat, the character also remains on the ship during grid crossing. Crossing to another grid prevents discoveries. When I travel to a new grid and approach a new island, the name of the island no longer appears in the top right. Standing on it also does nothing. Logging out and back in fixes it. Fleets of the Damned blowing up on their own. Almost every fleet I've seen that I haven't actively engaged has blown up on its own. Sometimes I even see chunks of ships flying in the distance while on islands. Structure pieces disappear. I've noticed this when playing online, as well, but it looks like after bed traveling, some pieces of my structures both on land and on a ship disappear. Some map bottles appear in land. Could just be an issue with their spawn locations, but I've seen a few bottles deeper inland underground (because the glow is visible above ground still) or in the sand on beaches. Seems like my available skill points change when I log in sometimes. Last time I left some unused skill points on my character, and when I logged in later, I had -9 points available. I leveled up again and was back in the positives, but when I relogged another time, it seems like I had gotten more again (maybe those 9+ that it said I didn't have before?).

There should be a mode in atlas where you can host a non-dedicated server like there was in Ark for if anyone wants to play on their own or turn off certain mechanics such as raft health and repair. I know there are probably some people, myself included, that just don't have the time to log on every 5 to 10 hours and repair ships. These are among the many other benefits that adding a single player mode would include. I don't think it would cause everyone to stop playing on the official servers, but for those that find servers unplayable due to things such as repairs and other kinds of maintenance, a single player mode would be great. I want to play the game, but I just don't have the time to micro manage all of my stuff on servers.
