We are currently fighting against TPG who are just a bunch of bullies who are terrible at PvP, our company has an island they can't take and in our square is another large one. We are looking for another large-ish group to take our other big island on the square ( can help wipe it ), hold it and push out and attack TPG!! NA-PvP If any group is interested let me know. Guys, we was trying to raid a guild that owns a hole island with like 20-30 flags, when we trow our flag it shows that will took almost 6 hours to claim, this is right? The enemy guild was with like 25 flags, 10 players, we was with 20 players trying to place flags all over the island and all sows 5 hours and 50 min to take

Le rate de farm est en x1 (anciennement x2.5 depuis la 9.x) Nous avons réduit la durée pour la reproduction des creatures/dinos qui nous semblait trop long. Vous disposez d'une map comme sur officiel avec les iles qui sont deja claim par d'autres tribus. Le "RaidOff" est activé, restez fairplay, Il ne faut pas claim les zones des joueurs inactifs... C'est plus marrant d'avoir une team à affronter pour les batailles navales ou terrestres ! Title. The current claim system in ATLAS is broken and detrimental to the overall game experience. It goes against everything the game wants to be and if not changed, will likely lead to a dwindling player base. All you have to do is constantly run around an enemy island naked and press F1 to drop claim flags. As long as you have a bed stashed away somewhere on the island or on a ship nearby, you can do this indefinitely. Some claims will get contested, others won't, but you will be able to maintain constant harassment on them until the either log out and you take the claims in their off hours, or they will get burnt out chasing you around and just give up. You can't even see which of your claims are being contested, at the very least it should turn yellow on your map. The bigger the zerg you have helps with this because you have the numbers to keep up the naked F1 claim spam attack. It's pointless to even engage in proper PvP as there is no current value to it. Just grab some friends, get a bed hidden and throw yourself at the enemy spamming F1 around until you eventually get a claim down. There are some ways to solve this problem though, for example: 1) The flag could be changed from an ability to a physical object (Think tool cupboards from Rust). This way it's not possible to infinitely drop them on the enemy as you will have to craft them and keep them in supply. It could also weight a lot so as to discourage carrying multiple. This would also allow players to build around their claim flags and people would actually have to raid the base to take out the claim. This would be ideal. Or 2) To contest or take over another person's claim, you don't drop your own flag, you toggle on their flag and the capture/contest radius is a much smaller ring. This way it's much easier to see where the people are and PvP is almost guaranteed (No more naked hide and seek). This wouldn't be my preferred change but it would be a step in the right direction. I am sure there are other ways to change the claim system for the better and I hope people will comment in this thread with their ideas. The current system just doesn't work, it creates a meta that goes against everything ATLAS wants to be. It encourages cowardice, toxic behavior, griefing, zerging and PvP avoidance We plant claims to seize land. We attack claims to capture land. This is a hostile action. It's conflict. It's war. It's supposed to be anyway... But why should I bother loading up Galleons when a few rafts and some naked friends are just as effective...

HoneyBadgers Atlas Server We are a small casual group of gamers that play various games and host servers, such as Ark, and now mostly play Atlas. If anyone is looking to join the server with us, we just ask that you don’t just focus on griefing others and being an ass. We are now running a 6x6 (36 grid) map. This is the new map as of the 1.5 mega update. Server Setup/info Server is setup in a 6x6 grid cluster. (36 grids if you can't math) Using Original Empires claim system so people can explore and setup remote outposts. There are many additional islands placed in the grids. Treasure Maps/Powerstones/Trade ships/Underwater Trenches/etc. are all setup Each grid is a different climate Each server/grid is currently setup to support 50 users. All grids/locations are claimable. Freeport spawn grids are PVE - there are 3. Cross server/grid chat implemented. (with integration to a discord channel) Server Rates Experience 6x Harvesting 9x Taming 8x Baby mature to 12x Additional skill points awarded per level and levels beyond 100 Ship max XP is higher so they can level up more than default. (should be to level 72 if value is accurate) Slight increases to weight, fortitude, etc. Unlimited respecs Treasure gold is 2x Structure placement collisions is true. Ship of the Damned and wild creatures spawn a little less than normal. Default was constant animal fighting. (is reduced the Alphas also) Ship of the Damned has different difficulty levels per grid. (marked on in-game map) More time between rain/tornado storms. Start with default metal tools and horse/saddle In-game shop for buying items with points - Get points for the time you are logged in. Hello readers, I want to suggest adding dedicated raid times to official PvP servers. At the moment lots of people constantly get raided during the night which makes it imposible to progres in the game. Also it is not fun for both the raider and the defender. I would love if you guys put up timeframes where raiding is allowed. And the rest of the time buildings cant be damaged. for example from 5-12 PM raiding is allowed. But before and after that buildings that are claimed are protected. Lots of other survival games have this and with the gigantic size of atlas it doesnt sound like a bad idea to me.

The Condemned RP [NA][RP][PVE][Controlled/Optional PVP][18+] The Condemned RP is an immersive private server community catering to mature, TEXT-based role-players. Had a fight with a sloop this weekend. Our brig was able to gain on him. While a few of his tactics were top notch for out monevering our brig, his main tactic was to ride the zonewall, and zone right as we lined up on either gun side. Then due to the way the zoning works, I would spawn in and the sloop would be behind us. He was already turning around and able to zone right back. While yes this is absolutely a viable tactic, I feel it is absolutely cheese and shouldn't be a thing. I suggest a cooldown for zoning. If you've taken damage after x number of seconds from a player, you should not be allowed to enter a zone you just left after y number of seconds. I think this cooldown should be removed if you sank the ship you've taken damage from as well. To end my narrative, the sloop did end up out maneuvering us in a non-cheese way. They dropped a player off, he climbed the side and shot the driver. This confusion gave the sloop enough time redirect and lose us. Well done sloop. Well done.
