Stay under the water untill you get to the shore. Staying underwater (deep, hugging ocean floor) seems to reduce fire elemental aggro, once you get to the statue on the shore, right hand side, just leg it, there’s a dip north of the statue which goes under a huge chunk of rock. Once you’ve got that far, just keep running up the hill a bit, on the left you’ll see a big cliff which at the bottom is the cave to the FOY. Took me like 5 attempts. Was actually easy once you pass the beach. EDIT::: the FOY is on the west side of the island in O7. Hug the west side of the island untill you get to the middle, you’ll see a crap tonne of boats. Then follow my instructions above.

I understand it’s early access, I’m having a blast I. The game! dissapointing with the claim system mainly due to selfish players being greedy. As soon as something is implemented it should be better.

See I don’t get this.. I’ve been playing video game since late 90’s and yet to even encounter a Chinese player. Yes I understand “just because I don’t see it doesn’t mean it’s not happening” but seems to me, blaming an entire nation over something as stupid as cheating is a bit stupid. From what I can see, British, Chinese, Japanese, german, Russian, polish, french, Irish, Scottish... all the other ish, man, ench, ese’s countries out there have cheaters in them. Please for the love of shit... stop labelling a single country as the culprits.

I mean not really, there’s RPG aspects in the game for PVE that work fine. I know what you mean I think, you mean “designed for PVP, the devs have only looked at the PVP aspect” which I agree on.

Claiming in PVP should either be al out war or diplomacy. Claiming for PvP is fine, it’s PVE that’s having issues.

I’ve been forced to live and build on lawless because I can’t find land (PVE) spent a long time looking for land or trying to find someone to trade land with. No luck whatsoever, tundra was far too hard so left that area, no I’ve found a chunk of beach where I’ve landed and started building ect. I personally think the taxation of 20% upwards is FAR too high... I honestly don’t understand how this is fair in any way shape or form..Large companies dominated land within first week making it impossible to find non claimed land, put a bank on it and now it’s 30+ of everything you farm?For example, 25% taxation.. farming fibre I’m getting 7 fibre per bush... 7.... they benefit massively from this. I really hope the developers see this and try balance it a lot more because it’s kind of silly and somewhat selfish to me...They never earned their land so why should they benefit this much from it?

And? I shouldn’t have to worry about that, hence why everything is personal. I’m the only one in my company anyway.. I don’t see why this is such an issue.

So I’m selfish because I don’t want my items being stolen? How on Earth is that logical? ive been playing MMO games since Everquest.. played solo the whole time, yes in guilds but this is different. I’m not selfish in the slightest... if anything I’m the opposite, I’m extremely generous in these type of games. Dont call me selfish, I wouldn’t have to do this if the community wasn’t so toxic.

With all due respect.. hiding children from bad language is a silly mistake. They will find it on the internet wherever they go, you can’t censor the internet unfortunately. You just need to teach them what’s good and bad. Hiding them from something that physically can’t hurt them will hurt them in the future.

Not really, that’s what allies are for. I play solo purely because I don’t want people stealing my stuff. Nothing worse coming online seeing your cheats have been wiped from someone ale in your company. I am in a company which I own, everything is settings is set to personal.

Keep looking... taken me 130 hours to find my perfect plot of land, on lawless. I’m happy I can carry on playing the game now without having to sail around looking for land I’m playing solo just fine. Just because the game is an MMO does not in the slightest mean it’s meant to be played in groups. MMO just means massively multiplayer online, doesn’t anywhere day it’s not solo friendly.

Hey guys/gals. Im currently on official, having an ok amount of fun now that I have set up base on lawless. Problem I have is the toxic players and server lag that comes with official servers. Ive tried unofficial once but the server kept being wiped. My question is.. are unofficial really better than official? I mean, yes, the server is better in regards to lag.. but are the people better? Will admins take advantage of their rights? Will I get kicked randomly? I don’t wanna do all that work just for a server wipe. There are so many negative reasons, in my eyes the negatives outweigh the positives on private server by a fundamental amount. Whats your experience?
