I was in the middle of building pieces for a sloop, dock, everything. I log out last night after anchoring in the southwest southern island freeport of E12. I log back in and my raft is destroyed with no explanation of what happened. from what it appears as soon as I logged out the raft was destroyed. I am looking for an explanation, maybe reimbursement but I think that is not going to happen. Anyways thanks for making a great game, although some of the bugs are kind of killing it for most of us. Below is a screenshot I took trying to put 2 and 2 together.

we spended a lot of time getting all materials to build the schooner. the moment it was all finnished and we released it in the water it spun out of controll and got destroyed. how did this hapen? the water looked deep enough.

We are in EU PVE Region : J4 and are unable to get into our storage due to it asking for us to set a pin. Even holding "E" it won't let us access. Also we are unable to harvest rocks around our base and are just clipping through them. Any help would be great.

Not entirely sure whats going on here, anybody know? My sky seemed to have gone totally black for a while now and even sometimes during the day it stays like that.

Haven't been able to play for the past 6+ hours because we decided to sail into M7 not knowing the server was dead, and now we cannot login, when will this server be back up? Before the 2.5x ends i hope. And will our ship decay in there since its a freeport cause that'd be an even bigger kick in the balls.

its was saying, unable to fetch current server info to join, when i crashed crossing by M7 server on PVP NA.. Then i asked to anothe rmember of my company take my ship away from the M7 , and i tryed to rejoin, and its asked to me to make a new character, i want my character back with my ship PLZ, i send 5 days farming the character....

As illustrated by the attached image, my character got stuck in the gunport. Steps to reproduce: Build a Schooner with at least one gunport. Open the gunport Climb up and stand on top of the open gunport hatch While on top of it, close it. Character stuck! Tadaa! (Only way out is death)

So today i logged in totaly naked and no matterials (like i logged out) and the game just started making thatch roofs in the hundreds and unable to cancel it ended with 800 roofs with no matteriaals ussed. had to relog to get rid of it.

On the EU PVE server our Schooner is stuck after stopping in D5. We can't turn the ship or use our sails. We tried a lot of things to fix this like dismantling our dinghy and try to bump a raft into it. We just finished building it and wouldn't want 3 days of work gone to waste because of a bug.

You get stuck in the sloop when not all ceilings are placed. Takes about 5 min to get out of the sloop when a ceiling is destroyed an you fall into the hole. Also it's easy to glitch under the ceilings and into the hill of the ship. Only way to get out is to destroy a ceiling and jump forever to get back on the deck

There was a buoy that was placed outside our claim. It was claimed by someone else. The problem is... 1. The sign part says it's apart of our company 2. The bottom buoy part is owned by someone else. --- It has passed the demolish timer, it gives us the prompt but when we select it, it does nothing. I bet it has something to do with the game thinking we own the sign part. But we can't destroy the sign. Because of all this - our researches are not spawning on a section of the map. Any ideas? Should we kick someone out the tribe to have them try it outside the tribe? We have tried to swim up to it, take the raft.. you name it.

Please roll back the server G8 at least up to 192 days. While undergoing maintenance on the EU server PVP G8, many active players have been removed all earned over a long time property. In my case, my group for technical reasons has lost a second ship, the construction of which we have spent more than one day. The ship was created today at about 7: 00 MSK and ferried to the G8.

Whenever I am leave any island, either swimming or on a ship I loose all ingame sound, including voice chat. Seems to be a proximity to ocean issue, because when I climb to the crows nest on the ship I gain sound again. I have the same issue on Ark on the Ragnarok map in the redwoods & highlands & and underwater. I have tried verifying files, reinstalling, and updating drivers. Is anyone else having this issue? It makes it really annoying to play the game.

Ok me and my friend did some testing today about claiming flags. I've left company and tried to take over his flags. And guess what? I could instnatly, without 72 hours waiting, place my flags and start claiming his when he left to another area. What i could not take over were my 2 flags (which were placed before entering company, but after leaving it they stayed in company ownership). These are my only 2 flags in whole game and when i tried to place claim near them i recived info about recent upkeep, it was in seconds and was -18600 and it was rising to higher negative values (maybe it'll "rise" to negative value which corresponds to 72 hours). My friend placed a lot more flags and almost all of them had no upkeep, so i could instantly start claiming them. But there were also 2 of his flags that i couldn't take over. Those were flags that he placed as last ones. Mu guess: This looks like limit of 2 plags per character is on and only last 2 flags placed are protected by 72 hours upkeep. Any new flag placed removes upkeep from previous flags, so that only 2 flags can be protected by upkeep.

And again another server that doesn't let players join, half of our company is in the server and the other half cant join, server isnt full, it doesnt even show up in the server list.

WTF? Whom territory? There are definitely place for a flag.

The PVE clam stealing should be fixed ASAP. We don't even dare leaving main base without at least 1 person sleeping inside the base because of the crap trollers that try to steal the claim with the whole base on it. On PVE this is horrible to even think of. Somebody being able to steal all you worked for in 30 mins. Also, as another bug, on the island where we are, resources are no longer spawning (trees, rocks, etc). This started happening about 2 days ago. It was fine until then. We now have a large island with no trees on it that won't even respawn. There are 10 people on this island playing (more or less) that might keep the area rendered, so this should be fixed by NOT ALLOWING online chars to prevent resource spawning.

Hello Atlas Team I am spawn in G14 and in Durmore Island and in Durmore Island there are not a fibers and on all the other polar islands it's like that.

IT SPAWNS U IN THE MIDDLE OF THE OCEAN EVERY SINGLE TIME!

Bugs that really break the game right now: -Resource spawns are broke- Resources spawns should only block for player placed structures...not the entire claim area. All these islands are claimed, so the effect is game-breaking. -Destroyed Ship (PvE)-Our Raft and 2 sloops were destroyed. All three were anchored and all three in different grids. -Character Spec bug - My character is sitting at -168 skill points. Go figure. -Ghost Ships Galore! - Yeah, nobody wants to sail any more because they're afraid of getting jumped by 6 Ghost Ships. Not a fair fight on a Sloop. -Resource naming bad - I harvested crystal! or so it said. It ended up being salt. Fix that please. -Server Stability - Yup, you guys are working on this one hard. Keep it up! But don't ignore the other bugs! Not BUGS, but bad decisions: Skill point tree adjustment: Think before you do. There are more small companies than large ones. Don't cripple them. Resource balancing: I get that the gather rate should be low because you don't want 200 easy-mode ships per company...but those same resources are used for base building. Maybe lower the ingredients for base structures? Overpowered animals: The balance, level for level, is off for animals. A level 2 wolf should not be a contest for a level 25 player. Rare resources that are across the world for taming: Good thing to encourage travel, but we don't want to have to go 13 grids over for sugar cane. Maybe other sugars could work the same? (this is one of the many examples) Here's a suggestion for claims: Don't have them block resource respawns. Limit the number of claims per company, regardless of company size. Get rid of open-sea claims, or at least right off the shore. Why in the world has someone surrounded our claims (4) all around offshore? That's a bad mechanic. Hope this finds the Devs! -T

Its been over half a week and resources are not spawning on any of the islands where you can place claims...

Bunch of jerks have found out that apparently you can still PvP in the Freeports by using hammers. And have been greifing other players who haven't even gotten a start in the game yet.

Hello, you have a big problem with crocodiles !! They attack people in the house! even the person on the first floor is attacked! we spend our day killing crocodiles in packs of 3 or 4 they all appear in packs every minute! we have time to do nothing we are at N7 all players can not play

Not sure what bug this is but we have been trying to sort out what is causing the lack of resources spawning on the north of our island. We had three buoys and destroyed two but somehow the other one states that someone else owns it, while the wooden sign on it says it is owned by us. The buoy itself says demolish allowed but will not follow through when attempted. NA PVE E9
