My problem was parcially solved , so i changed my analysis to positive... Coz they have shown that they are listening to the players.

After recover my Char, my map now is all closed, i cant spawn in the company island, and i m not in the company anymore... Because of that i not spawned in my ship and i died in the middle of the ocean... Its like i started again, but with a char leveled.... Fix that plz

You were wrong, i loggin right now, they give me back my char with all my styff that was in my body, my MAP is all fogged and my ship wasn't there, so i spawn in the middle of the ocean and die... But i have my char... Would be perfect if my schooner was ther and my map open. But you were wrong.

I hope you are wrong, i will wait, if you turn to be right, i will sue them... This game is taking my health !!!!

No icant loggin and when i could, i spawns with char lvl 1 with nothing... but my map is open and i m not in the company... So my char stills BUGGED !!!

its was saying, unable to fetch current server info to join, when i crashed crossing by M7 server on PVP NA.. Then i asked to anothe rmember of my company take my ship away from the M7 , and i tryed to rejoin, and its asked to me to make a new character, i want my character back with my ship PLZ, i send 5 days farming the character....

I was crossing M7 NA PVP SRV.... then i crash, i tryed to reconnect and it's says... unable to fetch current server info to join.. how to fix? I will loose my stuffs, help plz
