There was a buoy that was placed outside our claim. It was claimed by someone else. The problem is...
1. The sign part says it's apart of our company
2. The bottom buoy part is owned by someone else.

It has passed the demolish timer, it gives us the prompt but when we select it, it does nothing. I bet it has something to do with the game thinking we own the sign part. But we can't destroy the sign.
Because of all this - our researches are not spawning on a section of the map. Any ideas? Should we kick someone out the tribe to have them try it outside the tribe? We have tried to swim up to it, take the raft.. you name it.
