  1. im telling you find the top streamers and do it to them over and over and it will get fixed asap, probably get ya banned tho but itll prove the belief spreading that the devs only care about streamers and noone else.
  2. what we have here is a great game a decent dev team trying to fix the game and the literal worst management and customer support in the history of gaming. This game makes anarchy onlines black friday look like childs play.

  4. you are probably right, i should not have assumed it was a corrupted file. I assumed it was because steam kept trying to replace it. After each crash. I havent been able to use the low graphics trick at all, only worked once for me. Been stuck in the crash loop, so we are in the same boat.
  5. the only solution to zombie mode is a patch/server reset so far it seems. At least thats the only time ive ever seen anyone say it was fixed was after a client patch/server patch. And then people start posting again about becoming zombies. Sorry man, is what it is. Dev support is non existent here.
  6. welcome home, the devs have yet to respond to this issue or even acknowledge it exists. Not on twitter not on discord not in pm's not on the forums. Hundreds of posts about it now. Sorry there is no fix for this currently, if one is found i will post it here for you.
  7. there is going to come a point where valve see's this products behavior as negligent and removes it if these devs keep going in this direction. Be sure of that. There will be a critical mass point especially because of its popularity and the companies usage of twitch to get all the memsters into the game. There will be a critical mass if the dev team doesnt get in front of it soon. There will either have to be blanket refunds enabled or the product will be removed. Mark my words. You cannot have a product that keeps requiring people to buy more and more accounts to keep playing the game because of account corruption. This is not an acceptable business practice.
  8. yes the server will corrupt your game every time it happens and it will always be 1 file. Again it is the server corrupting the client/account.
  9. oh a majority of these crashes are account related server crashes. people that do not crash can log into your account and crash all day. If you have the map crash loop crash u can buy another account and not crash at all. It's pretty pathetic tbh and its sad the dev team doesnt care enough to post here and acknowledge these issues for fear of losing sales and gaining massive potential refunds by acknowledging the fact people are being denied a service they paid for account wide. Right now these players in crash loops cant refund because of play time. Whats worse is its a good game but the absolutely non existent and potentially negligent dev team is ruining a very great platform for their company through this hide it under the rug level of support.
  10. I am impressed you swam for 7 hours checking in all these zones for account corruption. That is clearly more work put in than this entire dev team on this issue. So G12 no longer caused your account to crash?

How can this game have account level crashes that effect entire paid for accounts but the same user can go buy another account and play just fine and this dev team ignore the hundreds of posts about it in myriads of threads. Every single person needs to be aware that eventually this game can possibly decay your account and cause your account to corrupt on their servers. Not your character not your game, but your account on their servers. You will not be able to play your character, you will not be able to make a new character and the dev team will not even acknowledge this exists. The only way to fix this so called crash is to buy new accounts. How far spread is this server side corruption of user accounts that they refuse to acknowledge it for fear of what admitting this users all deserve refunds? How can this even be a thing in todays day and age. User account corruption? seriously? What is this 1998/1999? In the bug forums there are hundreds of posts by people with corrupted accounts causing crashes that this dev team refuses to even admit is happening.

  13. fyi if you pay attention to the path of this crash it has nothing to do with you and everything to do with the server as the pathway is a network drive.
  14. go do it to a top tier streamer repeatedly and it will be fixed the next day. Otherwise they will ignore you just like they ignore all the players with the account wide map crash bug since day 1 who cant even get refunds.
  15. yah this dev team is severely negligent on responding to issues to give players any sense that any of their account lockout crashes are going to be fixed. So many posts no response.
  16. yup Demyztikk im almost 100% sure its a server side pathway. And ive done tons of research on this issue and there are a lot more people with this issue then this 6 page thread shows. Which is part of the reason why I am so disappointed Imagine buying this game dying, logging in opening your map and getting this, and then getting it every single day from release forward. These people may have survived 4+ hours before they died and basically got locked out of the game, thus ruining the probable chance at a refund. Others 24 hours later etc etc. Thus its almost assured all of these people have no chance at getting a refund for a product that does not work, for an issue a dev team refuses to acknowledge exists. It's absolutely not acceptable.
  17. because a height map check literally should take the dev team 15 minutes to code. Not to mention that should not be done by the same person who handles the dbase(wipes) the designers thatd eal with game metas(ghost ship hp) mappers and environment artists that deal with terrain glitches. Care to list other jobs that shouldn't be handled by a software engineer for a software engineering problem? A simple collision check on the craft menu would handle this.
  18. Again this is absolute negligence by this dev team. Not only do they not fix an error that is akin to the types of bugs that ended some of the so called best development teams careers in this industry but they dont even acknowledge it exists. People have been very patient with this dev team because their network people are obviously working hard, but the people responsible for management should be fired, if not the managers themselves. You do not, hide, or not acknowledge this type of situation to try to save face and hide it from the general public as to not effect sales. You come out ahead of the problem, acknowledge it exists, discuss the reaons why it hasnt been fixed since launch, and ask for patience as it is remedied. This is negligence, ignoring the failure of critical systems, failing to acknowledge them and remedy it in a timely fashion. I may have only had this problem for 1 day but people have had this problem since launch. There are multiple threads about it. Enough is enough. Be adults and be professional and acknowledge your customers who paid for a game that is going to break and deny access for every single customer eventually.
  19. i would absolutely agree with you if a dev posted on your or the hundreds of other threads just like this acknowledging they view that as an issue. As they have not that is a sign of negligence.

  21. considering i can quite literally instant message members of Valve on steam we shall see. This is beyond ridiculous. It would be one thing to have isolated issues that are confirmed to being isolated issues, it is an entire other thing to have a mechanic in your game that slowly decays all end user clients until they are no longer playable and then not even acknowledge that this issue exists. Eliminating the entire purpose of early access. When you say 'isolated' that means something on the users client end is causing the problem. Yet any person on any pc can log into the game on your account and this will happen. So while you can consider this an isolated issue it is merely an attrition issue. There are numerous of them in this product that have yet to be acknowledged by this dev team. Had this team acknowledged these issues i would be more willing to let this type of nonsense slide given my history in gaming. There is a difference between an early access product by a dev team that is competent and an early access product by a dev team that is negligent.

  23. the fact u can brute force a 4 digit pin code in this game is hilarious anyone that inputs that much data in that short amount of time should be client disconnected. How is this even a thing?
