Hello,
On death I accidentally respawned in my home region. This took me to a black screen and my character wouldn't respawn. I exited the game, and when I clicked rejoin, it hangs on the primativegamedata_bp screen without progressing. When I click join new atlas, I immediately get a timeout message on every tile I click. At this point, I can't load my character or spawn a new one. Any ideas on a fix since I can't play the game at all right now? (NA PVP Server)

Verifying game files
Restarted PC and Steam
Restarting router
Low memory mode and low graphics settings
