is that the best one to do the naked solo run ?

wrong , crab taming , ,whale hunting , exploring , salvaging wrecks it makes life easier so why would it be excluded from solo players ? do they not deserve to have the same experience in the game as so called megas , to lock all of this behind a boss kill is quite frankly poor design , as uli has written what's next the new advertised dungeon only available and doable for large groups? the more content they release that exludes solo / small groups from the less their player base will grow , my betting is the dungeons they have announced wont be doable by small groups , they seem intent on designing everything for large groups despite posting that they are working towards making the small comapny solo experience better . there poor game design shows through when solo / small companys are just leeching the kraken kill by being in the zone , they want the sub and at the moment its the only way to get it if as uli has posted there social skill are lacking ,

i have to agree with one of the points u raised about a lot of solo / small companies are just sailing to the barrier and waiting for the kill , this isn't good gameplay if solo / small companies are doing this to unlock the sub , i myself could have gotten it this way over the weekend if the game wasn't crashing a lot since the last patch , so i do agree remove sub unlock from kraken and place it somewhere else ? maybe X amount of sotd kills for skill to unlock , have the skill as a drop from the sotd , this would A give solo players a chance to get it and B add another reason to go hunting sotd ..which to me is a win for the devs and win for solo / small groups .

a couple of extra whales, come on dont be so ridiculous u wanted the island stop trying to make out that u have to do so much more , companys of more than 1 player can easily go out on a boat each and farm out that amount in a couple of hours , on top of this there is no benefit whatsoever for tenants,if u have them they are farming for you via the resources that get deposited so free ships for you if u have enough tenants farming , not to mention the more tenants the less you pay per 12hrs and more resources you get , there is absolutly no benefits for tenants at all in pve with this system ,

the islands are the same grids are exactly as they were before the wipe only difference is they are in slightly different positions to accommodate the new islands, the resources are still the same m using a custom map i made with resources marked and i'm still going to the islands and getting exactly what i did before , stop spouting falsehoods

rubbish , i traveled across over 8 grids yesterday the only thing that reduced was the vitamins albeit very very very slowly ,, if u have the right skills in your ships that slow down the rates of food / vitamin decay it u never lost all the food in less than one grid of travel ..... dont exaggerate .

same as landowner farm gold for crew upkeep ,same as landowners , the only difference is island owners need a bit more than non island owners do , when i say a bit i mean that , it isnt hard , so stop trying to make out that landowners are hard done by , they wanted the land they wanted to own the island so suck it up buttercup and farm the extra gold landowners need , non island owners farm maps, island owners farm map and need at best to farm an additional 2 or 3 maps for the weeks upkeep or go kill and extra whale or 2 ,

i have to agree , devs can we get more ship stuff and stop with the tames , a water tame that gives water and a swimming thing , really? u could have given us a mini sub oh wait its locked behind kraken so u give us poor mans diving tame ?..we dont want more tame we want more ships related things or is it too much work ? as it is u broke the wild animals i havnt needed an offensive weapon when out and and about at all since u nerfed the crap out of everything , i dont even carry a bow , ....then u go add more animals that take up even more spawn slots , are u trying to make your own version of hello kitty island ?

yeah such a hard life in game , gold is far too easy to farm , using that argument when it takes a couple hours treasure maps to get a weeks upkeep , stop trying to make out its hard to own an island it isnt ..... answering your question yes i can and did yesterday 1567 gold in 1 hour 3 maps all in same grid 2 on same island , i actually spent a lot of time yesterday using the maps i had to gain gold and landing on the islands i hadnt visited got me discovery points , i bought 4 figure heads , 12 crew to add to my 2nd brig , 1st already being fully crewed and armed (which need gold to maintain ) and still had over 3000 gold left after a morning farming maps and running about

there was a poll for the claim system guess what , the devs say we the players help shape the game , guess what even though like this poll the majority was against it they still went ahead and changed it , they will also add the torpedos despite the a majority vote against them , they dont care what the players want and we are in no way helping shape this game ,

hahaha island owners routine to keep island = do treasure maps --- > get gold ----> put gold in flag , thats it , nothing more nothing less ,

anyone can build anytime , the system was changed to stop behavior like yours ,stopping others from building where they want too , as islnd owner you will need to keep the island free from pillar and foundation spam etc you have 25hrs only after that the constructions cannot be removed additionally , the more settlers you have the cheaper the upkeep cost is

because it has been there longer than 24hrs already , once something has been built for 24hrs it cannot be removed , even if the island changes hands if the timer is refreshing then the owner of the building is active and playing why would u want to remove them ? they were there before you ? they are entitled to build and play the game as much as you are

not really , never had this happen to me ever , it was removed due to the new claim system nothing more nothing less , it needs to come back ,discovery system is a joke with out the fog of war , have a discovery system and now way of knowing what we have or have not visited . if u have performance issues play the game on a pc that has higher than minimum specs , too many players think because they meet the minimum they can run it at max setting with 60 fps , reality check not gonna happen , s

there have been numerous threads about the map fog of war , why it was removed is beyond belief , they have a discovery system that we now have now way excpet making our own maps of mapping where we have and havnt been please devs you post about us the players helping shape the game then let us help you ,turn the map fog of war back on

adding to this wearing plate armour and using a shield also stops u taking too much damage
