Other people block our port and all our ships in PVE OFICIAL.. WTF???? Is it allowed to do this in PVE?

So I play with my friends on official PvE who are all on Xbox. I'm a PC player. When they have their crosshairs over an enemy, it lights up red to indicate they have an enemy in sight. I for the life of me can not find an option to enable that on my game. Is there something I'm missing, or is it something that's not enabled for PC players? No complaints, just curiosity as it would be a nice quality of life thing. Any help would be appreciated on this.

Server Build 401.13, PATCH 401.5 (Rev. Unknown) as shown on under main menu. Since Wednesday November 13, 2019, I have been unable to play ATLAS... Why? I'm not sure. I played a normal day on ATLAS like usual, then got off for the night. Now, unable to log in the next day, I tried all the internet remedies I could find, but none were quite like my issue. Errors... I am getting both the popular errors back-to-back. Lost/Timed out ping, and Network Failure: Unable to query server yada yada. So far I have 234 hours on The Gorgon's Gaze NA PvE, this is the one I wish to get back on. It let me create a new pathfinder ONCE on EU PvE The Whale's Solitude, and now gives me the same errors. I can load a fresh NA PvP The Kraken's Grasp, have done so twice just to test it. It seems to be an error loading my saved data for my pathfinder. Has anyone come across this? Halp

Am I correct in reading that the only servers that will be cross platform are unofficial? Or am I mistaken and will it in reality be Official PvP servers where Xbox players can play with and against PC players?

Ahoy m'artys! Over the last couple of months, we have been working hard on the Explore Atlas V2. The aim of this was to bring all of our code base into one language as we previously had two. This meant maintaining two sites essentially which was not ideal. Now we're under one roof, we can concentrate on bringing meaningful and powerful updates to the community! We have all become aware of the concerns generated by the 7.0 update A lot of information is shared on social networks and various forums related to the game, this topic is there to gather information and feedback from players. First of all I would like to say that we all fallen in love with atlas, and that if the community clings so much despite the shortcomings of the game it is because we all see a huge potential, so I would like this topic to be feebacks about support / solution rather than reproach / problem. Everything started yesterday during the first crash server (L9, C15, E4), some players went to its areas (mostly by boat) and we were disconnected with the impossibility of reconnecting to the game (timeout error) leaving behind them their boats and equipment on a deserted sea... Then the update 7.0 occurred this morning 11a.m (EU), following that the community manager @Jatheish tweeted " Been quite a long day for me, so I'm going to get some sleep and will be back at this again in a few hours. Sorry if I'm unable to reply to each tweet/DM/msg...", which is normal given that the staff worked non-stop to get us out 5 Update in less than 3 days and those during the Christmas holidays, but this break left free rein to the monstrosity brought with the patch 7.0 without answers and actions of the staff, the whole community could only be a spectator of the following points: Boats of the army of the damned have spawned everywhere on the map of the most remote islands at the nearest freeport, destroying at arm's length everything that is bigger than a raft (boats on the sea, under construction or even those blocked on the servers down mentioned above (L9 ect) The extreme redesign of the skilltree not giving any chance to the solo players or even to the small group of players I let you express yourself on the solutions to bring, if other concerns appear I will edit the topic Following communuty feedbacks >

It is a burden for me because I live in Poland and American servers have too much ping for me .. I do not know how to get to the EU PVP or EU PVE servers. Thank you in advance for any help

Well, I was enjoying the game until I tried changing my 'home server' to one that i could have a better start on, so i set it to I3 - testing if this server was going to work since there was only 1 person displayed on there but now I cant join any EU PVP server since it always tries connecting me to I3 which is offline / broken. I wated for a few hours and nothing seems to be happening. Has this happened to anyone else? TLDR - Can't join any server because home server is offline...
