  1. Do you need to be anchored to access them? If so white or green anchor?

Major Rage quit yesterday. Today I'm calm again. Reinstalled Atlas.. but these bugs need to be fixed asap. No point claiming end game content, if you can't even use it.
  3. With lv 3 harvesting I get 1-3 bamboo per pick. I need 120k bamboo fiber to complete current project. At 1-3 per pick, I'll be here for months picking bamboo. This insane nerfing across the board has to stop, no matter what you do, people will find a way to increase their production, even if it means turfing out 40-50 players to grind bamboo fiber. But my company can't do that with on 2-3 members online. Stop balancing the game for mega tribes and start balancing the game for new players, solo players and avg sized companies. 3-5/8 Using a 100% sickle. This is a waste of time, I'm not grinding like this for Mythical stuff. Time to start looking for another game I think.

You could maybe add wind channels, across the entire map.. say one running along the southern edge of the 4 line and 9 line and or maybe a diagonal line, where the winds were predominantly high and in the same direction, switching to opposite direction at night. This would give the best advantage to sailing at speed. But if you were to code for each individual ship, you'd need to calculate for ships individual weight, sail types, crew/tames etc otherwise you'd create a system very easily exploited. It'd become basically a teleport for heavily laden slow moving ships. And how also, would it work for pvp?
  5. Nope. I got a 108% Gally and then a 111% Gally, from the same Jm Large Shipyard. It might be that my int was slightly higher on the second occasion or some other reason, but it doesn't create identical ships all the time. I have mythical helms that do x12 int.. others that give +12 int.. I'd assume 12x your int rating would be quite good to have, no?
  6. Yes there is. Giving people choice is a bad idea, people need to be directed and ruled with an iron fist. They can't live without it. Besides it simply cannot work. The ingame weather system is there to cause timesinks, in hp loss, wind loss, storms.. etc How do you suggest that works with accelerated time? Or Sotd attacks? Do they accelerate as well? You really need to think before you type. As for minigames.. could work I suppose, but given the distance between islands and regions is almost non existant.. I don't see the complaint as real or even slightly accurate. If you get so bored, so easily, you're probably playing the wrong game.
  7. Check for pillers/foundations under your shipyard. Or geometry.. ie the ground is too high there, ie you put your shipyard in a silly place.
  8. Crabs - good for eating all that rotten meat.. Getting fish for your penguins. And generally for riding around on. Seem to be fairly ok for maps, pretty useless for everything else.
  9. Just because some people find it boring, isn't a reason to change it. Personally, I find it calming and relaxing. There's an element of danger from cyclones and damned, esp if you go below decks, I nearly always spawn them then, almost instantly. You can also dive for wrecks every so often, pick up flotsam as well, as drop off at nearby islands and talk to people. So if you're finding it boring.. I think you're the problem.. Not the game.
  10. Like right now..servers been down for 20mins or so. Every day it's the same issue at the same time. Forum spammer bots and then the game follows. Tho usually not for this long. Do something about it gs..
  11. So any ship 100-110 is the same level range? any ship 110-120 and so on? That pretty much makes the entire bp fine, jm, master, legend, mythical etc a complete waste of time for building shipyards. My Gall is maxed out at lv 42, I have 2 empty cannons, with 4 chasers and no company players or tames can go on the ship. With my current setup, I could have put points elsewhere if I'd know in advance how many levels the ship would get. Need a ship reset soup or potion, having to rebuild completely new ships is just a massive timesink.. I'd rather put that time into someone elses game I think. I've also just upgraded all my planks etc to mastercraft and cannons as well, sails and so on and now I can't even enjoy using my ship with my friends.. two words spring to mind, one of them is you. So going forward.. I need to make a suit of armour x int or + int.. Get a decent Crow with max melee for its + int. Get a dolphin to jump over me. Then make a mythical shipyard. I can then place a deck to see the quality of the ship created.. is it worthwhile to destroy the new ships with a single deck in them and rebuild continually until you get a better randomly made ship or just go with whatever is close to the base quality of the shipyard? ie my mythical is 135% so i assume it makes 135% ships.. with equates to what base 130% which is around lv 43? 44? maybe. Seems like a hell of alot of work for 2 extra levels of levels.. 2 more points to add to my ship. It is worthwhile or more so to invest in mythical planks and decks? cannons medium and large, ballistra etc? Are all those extra thousands of resources actually worth the end capability? In decks and planks I think certainly, cannon durabilty maybe.. damage.. when you're firing 24 cannons.. does it really matter if you have 150% damage or 110% damage..
  12. There's far too many places near islands where a ship can be shoaled and get's stuck when it's blatently apparently in several meters of free water. Suggestion above is a good idea, the ai crew seem able of getting ships out of the oddest of places. But it'll also probably get some damage. If you have a lt podium, cut sails to 25% before issuing turn order to crewman.
  13. Region rollback maybe.. or a shark or manta destroyed it? Anything in company log?
  14. My "Front" group, shows 6 emplacements, my front and left show 14 and my group 5 & 6 show 11. And I have 4 in Back slot. All are correct, except Front, where I have no cannons registered to that group, I've double checked and triple checked but it still shows 6 somethings occupying this group. Placing all crewmen at their positions and then using the capts orders on front group, nothing happens. Because noone is actually in those slots. It just lists them as occupied in hotbar.

  16. Wheel Option to flip text to other side of the door, doesn't work, the text vanishes from the "front" but does not goto the back. The doors also need to be either aligned to the "front of the doorway" or double sided, so they don't have a front or back. As doorways are identical on either side, so should doors be.
  17. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1749468550 Essentially, from 7 ships, 2 brigs, 5 schooners. 79g in total. 1 Medium Cannon Ball. I used about 60 to sink them all. 1 useful item and some avg bps. Jm at best quality. It isn't worthwhile even shooting them.
  18. It's the same thing over n over.. hit, bola, feed. Snore. Then there's weak animals. Vultures for example, you usually punch them to death, because they have so little health they need to be below a certain health point to bola. Kill yourself as bait for vulture, your corpse lasts 15 minutes. Animals last 5 or so. The punch all the vultures to death because either they're too weak or maybe you'll part tame one and then kill it. Animals should fall unconscious when punched, like in ark. Then you can bola them and feed em should they wakeup. Or feed them unconscious. Like in Ark.. a much simpler less frustrating method. But whatever the method.. it's getting really boring, really fast. Vultures don't even have a bonus.

Time and again I am finding wrecks, start cleaning them up, have a special gally, just for the job of carrying everything, converting them back into planks and decks, etc. I have high level plunder and can reap huge amounts easy, but slow rewards, however, on many occasions I get abuse from people who "owned" the ship and accused of stealing their stuff etc. Which technically I am. I usually try to keep a locker on board, and will give them "their stuff" and the recreated basic planks if they turn up and match the company of the wreck, but I think it would be fairer to give everyone a 12 hour window to salvage their own wrecks, then make them open season for everyone else. Then I could just say "sorry, but you had 12 hours to get your 120k gold.. now it's mine" with a clear conscience.
  20. Can't do it with 3-4 guys in diving platforms? Or too unwieldy? They eat a ton of rotten meat as well. High maintenence. H5 eh.. I'll drop by later, we're in A5, but I'm currently in G7 nosying about, seems like everyones quitting.
  21. All signs default to 1-9 and buoys to "test" so they don't crash the server with null entries. It's just how they are setup. The demo time on them could be reduced tho, but this would affect legitimate sign users.

They're upset that Grapeshot deleted all their exploited and cheated armours, weapons etc and stopped them being able to put 3 cannons in 1 gunport.. so they think this silly childish spam will force the devs to retreat. But I'm with the devs on this one. The folks near me were wandering around wasting everything with their endless suits of armour and near invulnerbility and then, had the gaul.. to suggest the game was crap and too easy.. They deserved the nerf. At least we didn't have to endure another wipe, because of these cheats. Imho.. they should just perma ban them all.
  23. Just wait. Patience is key. On some occasions the map will completely reset, and you'll have to kill em all again... but usually, it's the lone defender who respawns. You just have to kill him in time. I actually prefer to put bear on attack my target and attack the remaining warrior with a sword or pike. Or you can use a tiger/lion or a couple of wolves etc. Just tank the wolves abit with some health. You can also bring a shed load of ai crewmen with you.. and let them attack the undead.
  24. How are you taming them? I tried pulling one to surface, but it just got stuck under my ship.
