Seriously, FORTITUDE. Its a stat. You can level it up. It lowers the amount of torpor damage you take, raises your resistance to temperature, and increases the rate at which you lose torpor. Fortitude is how you get rid of snakes.

i literally just shoot them with a bow and when they get close i stab them with a sword. Two people naked can punch one to death. If there are too many, kite them while naked away from your corpse and take them on one at a time. Don't be solo. Its a group game. Be in a group.

You put them in the suggestion or bug section on the official forums. Not the general section. The general section is for people who just want to vent.

sinple solution... don't log off with animals on wander.... I read this whole post and no one has suggested this simple fix...

Claim it back. If you log out inside then they have to come into the base and kill you before they can claim it.

Its the same on NA PvP in all the servers I been playing in. They said they patched the game to fix the crashes to the servers every couple of hours, but the crashes were wiping the lag before it got this bad. Now its just this bad all the time. I would rather get kicked every couple of hours and log back in to ZERO LAG then to lag all the time. Its just very bad today.

I have been all over the map and played for 100+ hours already and I have never once seen it rain in game.

no. no they are not. This is not a forum for the devs to come and listen to your problems. Thats in the suggestions section of the forums and they will go thru that when they get the time. This is a 2-3 year projected development cycle. Its christmas and new years eve. Its an early access game. You are better off making an official suggestion or trying the official discord. The devs may read the forums but no, they are not using the general section to change the game. Most people who are playing this game and having a bad time are trying to solo or just stay small. Less then 10 people. Thats not going to work. Its just not. You need people to build the things you can't build and to be online guarding your base when you are sleeping. You need that. Its not a suggestion.

No they are not. The ghost ships have been turned down by 50% and have about 70% reduced agro range now. The claim system is the very basis of the game. Its not bad. You just are not used to it. Yes everything is claimed. But this is not a single player game. You have to join someone. If you don't you are not going to have a good time. Its just gonna be you vs the world and the world will win.

you should join a company. the game is made to be played with others. thats why there is no single player and you can't pick all the perks. You need other people. But once you get into a decent company the game is very different. Alot of places are claimed. Everywhere in fact. But that just means you need to join one of these groups and work together with them to build your empire. Biggest thing to figure out when talking to someone from a company 1. Do they have claimed land 2. What is your aggression policy? Red = Dead or shoot if shot at? 3. What do they expect from you? 4. What do they want to get out of this game? Whats there goal? Talk to some people and see if you can find a good fit. But you can't just do it alone. Its not possible. You are going to have this problem your entire career if you try to play solo. This is not ark.

You were near our island. We didn't want you near our island. Since this is a game where you can do whatever you want, we decided to shoot you. Your raft is still around though.

The only people that can fix this is grapeshot.

The map you linked doesn't show everything as taken. It only shows about 10 islands completely taken. That said, Everything is taken. It doesn't show on the map because the map only shows those with alot of claims, including sea claims. Everything is taken. When we explore we never reach an island and see unclaimed area. Everything is taken. The point that you are missing though is that you can take it from them. If you have enough people, are organized, and plan you can take area away from these companies. It would only take 4+ people to claim a small area. Use diplomacy. Ask if its cool if you can live there. Accept when its not and move on. Look for a weak spot and strike. There are ways to get space. You just have to be willing to do more then solo drive a raft and complain on the forums. The game won't change. The only option is for you to change.

Just went down for me and still isn't up yet. All the other servers are up. No NA PVP ITS UP

So they jsut made it impossible for YOU? There are somedays when I have problems logging in. I normnally jsut hit rejoin server instead of select join new server and then the server i want and where i want to spawn. I always get in on the 2nd try. Never the first. The first attempt always times out. But I have been playing since day one. I just keep attempting to join and I eventually do. Even when I have had problems the game eventually lets me in. Maybe you should try again. Click Rejoin.

Thats what I said. Hope you get your end fix soon. As I proved in my post I am logged in right now and playing. Seems kinda odd it would be on their end except... for all the people logged in and playing right now.
