Nope, the 8th April is their current ETA for Patch release and wipe, not PTR. If that was for PTR then they wouldn't still say PTR in late March / early April in yesterday's CL. 8th April being one week after PTR starts would put PTR on 1st April, therefore PTR being Late March / early April.

What you need to understand is that this game is in heavy development stages. If you don't like it don't play games in Early Access. What you need to understand from that sentence is currently the PTR is scheduled for late March/ early April, lasting for a week at which point the Mega update will be anticipated to drop around 8th April. What about this are you failing to understand?

Yes they are normal people. It says that date ingame on the home page. The last Captain's Log also indicates PTR to be late March early April with the mega update after.

People need to learn to pay attention to the Captain's Log when they are posted, they are posted to provide you information.

And how would you evict them exactly? You can't. Also, the moment you are offline for 12 hours there's increased chances of pillars/foundations being permanent.

Yet the realist in you doesn't have the confidence in the game or the dev team (I presume) yet after saying you take your money seriously you will still spend that money on something you have no confidence in. Therefore you do not take your money seriously.

I thought you are meant to be a "realist"? Going by the experience of ARK, and the experience of Atlas thus far, your expectations don't seem to be an indication of realism.

But maybe now they gotta provide PTR for both PvP modes which may require additional time to set up.

Clearly they've delayed PTR because they have yet again changed their plans, which will require further work prior to launching the PTR. It's not 4 days late. They never planned one for last week.

That depends on the type of hardcore players. There are hardcore players that are true hardcore players, i.e. want to play and fight big companies and have big battles. Then there are the hardcore players that enjoy griefing and offline raiding smaller companies to help themselves grow even bigger, which would be tougher to do against other hardcore players. So just because they are splitting it in to 2 modes doesn't mean it will work, because whether it will work or not falls heavily on the players themselves.

Part of the issue here is not just the repeated delays, but the fact that changes are constantly being made based on feedback from the community, feedback that is being given before even testing the proposed changes. By doing this it makes it look like the Developers have no clue how they want their game to be. The delay to the PTR is not good, but it's not the end of the world, but there's too much of a focus to make everyone happy and making constant changes based on pre-testing feedback.

For somebody that apparently takes their money seriously and is expecting the game to 'not' be in a polished state (because lets face it we all know that's what you are expecting and hoping for) you say and do some of the stupidest things. Why would you use your money to buy something that you have no confidence in? You've trolled the devs and game all the way through ARK, you trolled all the players all the way through ARK, you've trolled the devs, and the game all the way through ATLAS and you've trolled all the players all the way through ATLAS, yet you take your money seriously by spending money on it even when you are expecting it to not be in a near perfect state? Also lets just remind you, as you do everyone else, that when you finally get to spend your pennies in December or whenever it is, hopefully in 2020, it will still be in Early Access even on Xbox, and therefore you will NOT be playing the game you will be testing the game, so you should not be expecting a near perfect state as because at that point it will be halfway through Early Access and you will have paid to test the game nothing more. It should be at a near perfect state in late 2020, not when it comes to Xbox. Also, by the time it comes to Xbox you will have a good idea of the state of the game from all the comments and feedback by PC players, and therefore you can then decide before spending your money whether it is worth it, because as you say you take your money seriously. But we all know that regardless of what state it is in when it comes to Xbox you'll buy it anyway so that you can troll the game. Which doesn't sound like someone that takes their money seriously.

Why April?

Yeah I still get this too, not everytime I fast travel, but sometimes, and for one particular bed 9 out of 10 times it will get me stuck in the foundation. Rather than destroy the foundation and the bed that is on it i have to fast travel out again.
