Yeah totally understandable to show favoritism even though everyone paid the same price. these wildcard guys seem like pretty ethical people

Ah yeah, the Megas seem to be doing just fine. Guarantee if one of those streamers servers goes down they will stop everything else u til that gets fixed an no besides Megas I wouldn’t say the bigger part of the community. Almost every tweet they get is because of one of the issues I listed. Far from the bigger part of the community

I have looked at the patch notes and almost all of it hasn’t actually happened. people still can’t get on servers, they still can’t find resources, they still have too many ghost ships, the nerf still didn’t affect the ghost ships, there are still too many creature spawns, and they made it even easier to claim other people’s land. plus the event just made more balance issues they literally haven’t done anything. Oh yeah they did make it to where people get kicked out of their companies now. Might be bad but at least they added something right?

Ok so you have one example, and even in that one example they balanced it wrong. doesnt seem like they have been balancing this whole time. Either that or they just really suck because they only did one thing and couldn’t even get that right

Exactly, that means it is unbalanced. The amount of them makes an unbalance. what about pve grieving? Have they balanced that yet? Company size? Lvl 250 creatures? what balance has happened? Btw there are already reports on twitter saying that patch on ghost ships didn’t work either way you said they have been balancing stuff the whole time. I am wondering what they balanced

Look at you here complaining about the event yeah good balancing the good thing is they will be having more events. Guess that will balance it even more right? wait till the xp and breeding events start happening, whole bunch of balance will come then

There is no balance when there are Megas. They haven’t balanced anything

Pretty soon the sailing will be done with. It will be about bases and tames. That is all there is to it. i know what you want this game to be, but it will get turned into ark very quickly. You can count on that

Don’t worry, I am neither a “git gud” person, nor a “stop being salty” person, and I am most definitely not a early access excuse giver. I am however someone that it going to tell you that you bought a wildcard game and you should have known better than to do that in the first place. you being with ark since the beginning, you don’t have to git gud or stop being salty, but you do have to deal with it. You chose to buy a wildcard product so you are at fault for the level of enjoyment you are currently experiencing. Lesson learned. Time to deal with it

Boats are worthless. Your base is going to be the crown gem. Boats are also a fine a dozen. You will lose a lot more boats than you will bases. plus you are wrong because it wasn’t the base they were attached to in ark, it was their tames. The tamed them or breed them, took the time to imprint them and raise them. Level them up, name them. And get very attached you them. yoy are right that bases aren’t that important but neither are the crappy boats tames are the most important thing

Yeah the devs never have liked solo players. Two options they make you join a mega company or you quit. Those are the only two options. they don’t like solo players and the faster you realize that the better

If you are barely starting or starting soon, you have literally zero chance anyways. This is a 20 hour a day game. I say 20 for 4 hours of sleep. there is no balance. Not sure why people think wildcard is going to “balance” anything. The balance was gone before the game released. btw. You will see that after some time these events will become a weekly thing. I had already explained it to the other guys in the post right above this one. It is going to happen though Except now when you go to bed they don’t have to raid you, they can’t actually just claim and take all you stuff

Both wrong. It wont happen instantly, but after awhile it will become a weekly thing. They know how popular these events are with the ark community so you will see more. also no they didn’t do it to make up for anything. You already give them money and still play, you are not important anymore. these events are to encourage people to buy the game, and to bring back people that stop playing. Those are the two reasons. Not testing or an apology. there are very clear upward trends during an event and they have monitored the numbers with ark for years. They see how successful events are and they will continue to do them. the Megas just got a lot bigger. Wait for a mo th to go buy and you will be able to see their base render in before the land does

Ah crap i almost forgot. Just wait till the Megas start making their. Alliances, which have probably already happened. Once 3 of the creat an alliance you will now have to worry about 1000 plus players coming after you. once they know you name and you get green lighted, you will get killed off of every ship you sail on. You will never know if the one ship you see passing by is part of that alliance or not. Chances are good it will be one of them. Same with ark, except now all they have to do is sail across a line before they had to take the time to load everything in, then transfer their characters, then try to find a place to take everything back out on the new server, then set up their fob, then coordinate. now all they gotta do is sail over with everything and unlimited supplies. Very easy for megas in atlas. Like 100 times easier.

Just some quick info to give you. Right now a streamer has a companies that is close to 500 players. So even if the cost gets high they can split to 2x250 companies and the other will go back to the initial price like you said since it is a new company. After that they can split into 2x125 companies and quadruple their amount, still have the initial price you said and so on and so on. not just that but then you get deeper into it. All there needs to be is one person in a company so every time they want more land they just have everyone leave one company except 1 person and now they would be able to make 100 new companies all with the starting initial price. and no that won’t be a pain for them, that is exactly what they will do and it will be very easy for them to do it. also don’t think that attack one of their well defended islands that only has 1 person on it would be easy baecause the minute you attack and the warning goes out you got all 500 of those guys coming right for you. Better hope you don’t have any territory after that because that will be the next thing they come for. this is the Megas game now. Once again there is literally nothing you can do to affect them that wouldn’t harm medium to small companies a lot more

Yes it is early access. Ark was also in early access for two years. Every single ninety of that 2 years was higher than the peak for atlas. That is why atlas is a failed game. It can’t even beat its predecessor. Games are supposed to get better than before, not worse than before mid they can even beat arks numbers that is sad. Especially since a lot of people are still mad about ark not being finished and optimized

A 3 year old game to an early access one. If you want to go that route, even in early access ark has twice as many players than atlas. Either way you look at it ark is superior. This is a failed game

Yep and that is exactly why I said they don’t. There hasn’t been any published proof. They mod the forums but have never done anything about world chat. They say it is an M rated game so children shouldn’t play it in the first place. there are definitely some horrible parents out there though. Not sure why worthless parents let their kids play M rated games. Smh

Yeah I don’t think this game will last long. 37k average is very small. At first I thought ark numbers would drop but they are still way higher than atlas they definitely didn’t make that much money. Maybe sold 100k copies but most got refunded. dont be surprised if they end up coming out with a paid dlc for something that was going to be free. Yuck
