Just because you don’t want me to suggest someone stop playing the game doesn’t make my suggestion not helpful. There are people out there with a lot of unneeded stress and sometimes it is better to offer not playing the game. and yeah I have no problem arguing with someone that disagrees with me. But I just got done agreeing with 2 people in the last 30 or so minutes and neither one of them hated wildcard. someone also doesn’t have to hate wildcard just for me to agree with them. However, I do hate wildcard and will continue is to do so. Once you can move past that our conversations will end up a lot better. you are who you are and I am who I am. Well with how much time you spend on here you can’t be having too much fun. When I was into ark I was rarely on the forums. I starting going to the ark forums after I stopped and hated wildcard. on the other hand you do defend the game a lot so I know you like it to some point. Can’t really tell if you are a pve or pvp guy yet. you definitely like to argue, so for all I know you are here just like me but in the opposite way. You could be even wanting to play but waiting to play until it gets more ironed out. couldnt really gather too much other than that

He is partially right though. Because of the sexual nature of it and if that kid is a minor, that is actually illegal. Like I told him without that aspect it really doesn’t matter at all, but sexually harassing a minor when the other person in a adult is illegal even on a game or the internet.

First off, good idea and info as far as the police goes. If he is a minor that is in fact illegal. he is what I disagree with. The developers aren’t removing anything. Since you called them grapeshot you must not be familiar with ark. This is actually wildcard no matter what anyone says. and if you are not familiar with ark I’ll inform you. This isn’t as far as the sexual favors goes but from a non sexual stand point, ark has had the cage for over 3 years and is a normal mechanic of the game. People had their characters stuck in a cage for over a month before. Wildcard will not do anything about that. They didn’t then and they definitely won’t now. I don’t disagree with you in this certain situation because of the sexual nature of it, but if you take away that component and they just antes to be jerks, there is literally nothing you can do about it. Wildcard doesn’t care because they put it in the game and never took it out over 3 years.

Yeah your last point is right on. Can’t believe they thought that was a good idea. there MIGHT be land that has been claimed by players that are not playing anymore, i just doubt it because if someone contested they would automatically get it and I am sure that some people do nothing but try to go around seeing if they can contest something. But it is possible, you are right. as for the first part, you are also correct. A company of 500 would in fact only be able to claim 500 plots of land. This would also make it to where is was back to being exactly like ark. Instead of stealing your land and your base, the Megas will just come and wipe the base away since they can’t own the land. i wasn’t complaining about that either mind you. I am fine with this game being more like ark because this game is ark. They just tried to be different and by doing so they added in very stupid ideas just to be a little different. Its really pathetic how they made this game. They tried to take a short cut to be different and ended up looking like idiots. so yes, I will just fully agree with your statement on a 1 flag system. I would much rather go back to the way ark was where their were just server wipes but at least you could build back up. I mean no matter what everyone is getting wiped but at least you can build back up again.

Oh they know what they want. The Megas want it easier to raid you and wildcard made it happen. It’s not that they don’t want base building, it’s that they don’t want you(non Megas) base building. theu need you out on the seas in your small boats so the Megas can get good streams of the complete destruction of sea battles against a sloop. they also want the Megas streaming their huge bases though. All of you are literally just cannon fodder for the Megas so they can stream and get new players in that can also be more cannon fodder.

Just be fair warned that wildcard has an over 3 year track record that proves every update they do will bring a new bug. That track record isn’t just early access either, it’s also after official release. They are notorious for adding bugs when they patch.

Yeah when they released the patch notes I just started laughing my butt off. They attack rafts now? yeah I don’t expect the latch to work correctly either.

Well like you said, in ark you can make as many characters as you want. You just have to go to a different server. Eventually they will mess up and the body will die

Sounds like you spent way too much time over the 2 hours for steams rules. They sometimes let you get away with extra time but it sounds like you went way over the time. That is the main reason I go to GameStop. At least when I get a physical copy I can go trade it in for half the price if it is early enough. I know that doesn’t apply here and also why I think steam sucks but anyways man. Your experience will just keep getting worse, my best suggestion would be to walk away. No need to bring unneeded stress to yourself

It’s not common to not allow people to just join other servers. Sure they can make an oceanic server which they probably will. That won’t do anything though. What an idiot

Quick side note. Completely with you except for the last part, but you are still right. wildcard has actually banned a lot of the Chinese. The problem is they have no problem just going and making a new steam account. A lot of Chinese players have just made multiple accounts so they don’t really care if they get banned or not, but they do get banned if they get caught That won’t happen. We doesn’t trust each other enough.

You brought up a very good point which further proves mine. There is a reason you have had a hard time finding a good company. That reason is insiding. the one thing the Chinese does not do is inside each other. I siding is something we see a lot in Companies in America and other countries. people are very weary about letting strangers join into the company or even become an alliance. and for this main reason it would be almost impossible to unite that many people. Even in the real world, we might have a lot of allies but we don’t really trust anybody.

They aren’t getting their own servers. That would be a huge discrimination lawsuit. You can’t force a race to be segregated from others. Maybe we should bring back segregation in the United States? Nope That won’t happen

Totally agree. the thing is the devs like and favor the Megas. Mainly because the streamers are the Megas. All I was saying is don’t expect the devs to go anti-mega, because pretty soon they are going to get even MORE pro-mega. yeah unofficials are way better. I give it 1 month and only 1 month until the Megas have taken most of the globe if not all. Within a week they already took a good portion and didn’t have all of their galleons yet. Fully loaded nonetheless. complete slaughter brings in more twitch viewers so they are going to get as bloody as possible oh god and the Chinese and their duping. Smh. No matter how expensive or hard to make a boat is, all the Chinese do is dupe a bunch of ships and they really don’t care about ships. They can dupe 100 and just start ramming ghost ships all day long
