I too am having the same issues, amberenix answered one of the 2 original tickets on " Cant Rejoin" I have given details of what was happening in my area prior to the sudden fall to ground and die, to have a sudden close of ticket for I couldn't respond back with them to let them know the issue of not being able to rejoin has not been resolved. I have been messaged back by Dollie and that they were taking over amberenix ticket, and was told by dollie that my character of almost level 40 was gone. I didn't go and remake, I asked what has happened to my base, pet pen and large, small shipsyards with ships in them? That was 5 days ago, never got a response back from dollie as of yet. I can grind 40 levels again if the Devs are incapable of fixing the lost character, but I want my base back, its location and all the supplies I spent over 300 hours acquiring. This should be a simple fix , I am a solo player and that's a lot of hours to get what I had done. Why cant they provide a raft, metal tools, simple gear at freeport and preserve my location or provide another location to set up base again if someone has already claimed my area and that will become an issue with them...Name it .. " the Island of the lost" and help us get started again..... why cant they give me premade stuctures , forge ect ect to replace my lost when I get to the site of my base? it really is a win win situation if we all can work together.

Hi Dollie, I heard back from AmberEnix on the ticket I submitted. I am so confused by the response, they went in another direction and closed ticket for I could not respond while never addressing my concerns of not being able to rejoin which the subject title " Cant rejoin game" I left info and screenshot links for them to see the area and base of what I was not able to rejoin again and continue to play the game. I feel now that I am not being provided the service of the product I purchased 3 weeks prior the incident. Is this now an issue to be taken up with steam since I purchased and paid for the game from there website? Thanks and looking forward to a reply.

Thank you for the response, I am a solo player. On Friday Jan 25, 2019 I received an answer to a ticket I submitted on Tuesday Jan 22, 2019 I am currently working with them to get this fixed and hopefully for all whos affected including the devs and their team.

Thanks for your replies and suggestions. I think I will wait until Dollie and the devs research this. I gave the info of what happened in F12 after the update and logging in after being gone for 24 hours, and hope it helps the team and players involved..

Does this mean I am without a base and shipyards ect . now if I create a new character? Or can I build a quick raft and go back and reclaim everything?

I have submitted 2 tickets on this issue. Glad to see this and will give info in hopes it will recover my player and base. I had not logged in for over 24 hours and when I did log there was an update. I am in lawless zone F12, I logged and was going out to harvest food when my disconnect happened. When I tried to reconnect it did not offer the rejoin option. I haven't played since because I am unsure of what to do and don't want to complicate the issue I am having any further with any posted fixes that are not done by the dev team.. please help us. Thanks

How do we rejoin any new info here? I think we are going to lose everything if this isn't fixed soon

I logged in after 1 day away and was on for less than 5 minutes and was kicked. Are we going to lose all the work we have done since the purchase of this game? Also am I losing my land now?

Same with me.. It was good until the patch, it glitched somehow. Not going to walk half the island to chop up a couple stones to carry 250 walking pounds through the wolves and wilds... I logged out and going to Ark. I will keep watch for a patch to fix it and then play again... Heads up Devs..

Thanks for the imputs, I am female, just putting that out there for ya. And I said, I didn't attack the ships.. it ran me over and the attacked me twice.... that indeed is frustrating and needs to be fixed AFTER # 1 the claims are all removed. Either build on all you have claimed or let it go for another to build on... #2 IF Atlas cant do that then make more land and players can claim only a percentage of a island and allowed so many standing flags per company. It is all claimed up because ATLAS ALLOWS it, a player is just playing what he/she is allowed or can do in game. My post here was in hope that someone from Atlas might read and see the severe issues in-game, I am not the only one I am the one who voiced out. Also, I am not all stressed out, I am pissed and have good reason to be... IT ran over me. So now after a poster brought in the text of the update ( I want to thank them for that, because I didn't read the update) I should have read the update but I had checked marked launch game immediately after update. I will undo that, my bad. And lastly, I started playing ARK last march, I am new to this. DONT blame me, blame my son and grand daughter, they are the ones who said "MOM, Nana you have to play this game" OH MY, these darn things are addicting... just saying. I am glad I am retired because I know I would have used up all my personal leave by now.

Thx for the helpful imputs, what I was carrying wasn't much at all. If you go to an island or get in the water and get killed the gear and weapons may be lost... had the creatures camp my corpse until it demolished... I think its 15 minutes. And 2 spy glasses is an extra for if you should lose one in the deep to a lvl 27 shark who hangs out where he killed you... a backup spyglass to look at islands to see if its taken or not was what I intended it for... not using for both eyes... just saying...

I said ever since the update today. Yesterday I sailed just fine with ghost ships around... I started the day off on the same raft but was further up the map and ran into the cyclops and level 63 crocs who ate that raft...

My first raft that was destroyed by Ghost ship was being chased by 3 ghost ships and was being encircled by 6 ever since I crossed over from freeport zone. AND it was emptied when they started to fire on me . I tried to out run them using the wind in my favor. And please, what is cargo? Just what would any new player need to go and maybe find a place to land need with them? Just sailing out of freeport on a level ONE raft it starts to take damage, then the hurricanes they damage the raft as well as you... Wouldn't a survivalist have material to use to repair there raft and vitamins and food / water and weapons to repair / defend themselves? The crocs chew on them too, more damage. And PLEASE don't tell a new player level 8 to go to one of those disco dancing croc islands with the wolves jumping with joy to stop and get supplies there ?? With no weapons or tools because its NOT a cargo shipas you say ??? ... Try dying out there and have a snake, scorpion, wolves camp your body and you (at level 8-9 ) So wood, fiber and hide repairs the raft... wood weighs a lot. You need wood for fire to keep warm, wood to cook food, wood for repairs on storage boxes after a croc tails you to rendering zone all along chewing the back of your raft and you at times ... and how far does one have to go loaded before they have a place to land? Now you need more wood because you are traveling farther. REMOVE the Claim Flags we ( all who paid ) would like to play!! And Thanks for responding, but in my opinion, because you responded to weight and ships, .. you probably have an island claim a shipyard and ships too, maybe some gold and one of those fancy hats and jackets... or maybe wings like some players have... . How nice, wish we all could have been so lucky to get out the door and have it all instead of rafts that are being sunk by ghost ships for no reason.. the ghost ship went right over me not … vice a versa! and then fired on me.
