1 pointI have been messing with the brig today and I like 1 handling and 2 speed for SOTD farming. A brig with all handling (common) is just to slow at 1/3 weight. Boat speed is a pet peeve of mine and these brigs struggling to pull 14 knots is just mind numbing. I also carry extra sails for the trip home and ditch the handling sail and gtfo. Farming with three speed is just a waste of time.

1 pointI still don't understand how people DO Sotd fight with Galleon : ) With lack of maneuverability it's just a torture to do seas battles, and you'll probably get loot from just last SotD you've down because while straight sailing before turn - you will loose all flotsam spots for ever : ) Brigs are the best : ) My one is like that (took lvl 56 Damned Galley with it)

1 pointHead to G8 NE island where Kraken ships from all over are anchored, should be signs near the shops with discord links where they announce Kraken runs. Usually weekend evenings, sometimes multiple runs. You don't need to trade or give anything, just be on time. Some players are nice enough to give supplies if you want to join the fray.

1 pointWell we all know the answer to why it hasn't gone anywhere lately. The dev team got taken off it and put to work on the latest DLC for Ark. Apart from the patch we got a few weeks back ( which looks like it mostly done a long time ago but on the shelve until someone had a little time to come back and release it), we probably won't get anything new until the devs finish doing the 2nd part of this Ark DLC.

1 pointSchooner pvp/sotd killer = all handling, if only back cannons use small speed. Schooner pve = all speed Brigantine pvp/sotd killer = 3x large handling Brigantine hauler = 3x large speed or 1 hand 2x speed Galleon pvp\sotd killer = 6 large handling Galleon hauler = 3 handling 3 large speed.

1 point1 handling then all speed i always like 1 handling because it goes from no sail to full sail super fast so you instantly start moving. helps a lot with "parking".

1 pointget off official people! Find a community to play on with active admins and this problem will never exist. any admin can: cheat givetargettome cheat destroymytarget boat gone. There are several top rated servers out there on atlasserverlist find one configured to your liking and actually have some fun! We like Lost Tropolis. Since Wife and Me and the rest of our little company moved off official, it has been soo liberating!!
