I fight whales all the time, and get penguins a lot cause they like to fly for some reason.....whale area is dangerous and it should be. I don't see anything personally that needs changed. Penguins can fetch a pretty penny just based on the fact where you have to go to get them. Whales are huge, videos on YouTube will show just how evil they can be.

3 alpha cobra, rattlesnake, alpha wolf, 2 tigers and last but not least the alpha scorpion were all eatting me once, bear almost died I had to jump off and let it fight itself. Why do I see a snake in the freezing cold anyway.....your post is spot on.

Well this is a new one for me......my docked Brig vanished before my eyes. I restart .....It's still gone, it's my baby.....I quickly die and look at map to spawn back and notice my Brig in another grid. So I spawn in with some weird screen and there she is in the middle of ocean with anchor down. I sailed her back home solo.....thank god for weed all I got to say.

I have many Vr hours, mostly Elite Dangerous but I assume this would be like ark, I got sick real fast. Last night I saw that Atlas was on my Oculus desktop and almost tried it. I may brave it on the weekend.

As an honest player....sometimes I just want to say fk it and go to all these places where these types of things happen to honest players and do the same thing back to these low life gamers but at an extreme lvl. And if i get banned so be it because at this point im just starting to not give a fk anymore.

Tried the cannon tower last night, 8 npcs and was looking good. Set all to ships only but they started firing at every single fish in area. Not one setting worked no matter what I did.

Random Story pay no attention....... Was out whale hunting last night and found a lvl 23 elephant and lvl 59 bear being eaten by a shark. Both bloody, so I turn that ship as fast as I could and I headed over. Jumped in the water to save them. Was able to claim elephant but the shark took another bite and ate him . So I swam over to the bear now the shark is eatting me. I claimed the lvl 59 bear that was full of blood and managed to teleport him on my ship. Trying many times to click the ladder while being eatting by this shark broken bones and freezing cold I made in back on the ship. Jump on the bear and use call of nature. 55 hp left. Jump back off and mounted the harpoon gun and I destroyed that shark, then I chopped it up and had him for dinner.Walked over to the bear with a smile, fed it some berries and gave it a lvl, he stood up all proud and waved his big ol paws. Then I named him Lucky

For us our goal is to setup trade lines, to beat Cyclops and do the fountain of youth run with full sets of gear. Not suicide runs. Our goal is to beat the ghost ship, tame a dragon and beat the kracken. Our goal is to simply make friends and enjoy the game after a hard day's work. ...If that involves moving my bed to the other side of my base so be it. It's PVE To beat the environment and to survive is our main goal. Not losing hundreds of hours to a PVA or PVP environment.

When a player has option to rent to another player , then has the right to steal your stuff isn't PVE, not talking about player interaction. The renter has no power to remove his/her belongings and it's all based on a PVP interaction. So above how does this fall under PVE, please explain to me.

My whole post points out the flaws and clearly shows why it's not PVE, I also have the right to express how I feel about it. You came at me cause you thought I need land..you were wrong, you came at me because you thought I don't talk to others lol boy oh boy are you ever wrong on that one..Now you come at me because I complain the system is wrong and it is....Don't defend a system that says PVE when a player has control over your stuff. It's broke and needs addressed.

So I rent land build a base, Owner gets pissy one day and claims all my hard work, or they overlap my shit and steal it or becomes useless to everyone all caused by human interaction is your definition of PVE? And you think the bad reviews are because it's alpha? Think again.

I live in lawless, I'm very popular in lawless and even other lawless zones on the map, I have trade deals 8 grids over , Im super nice and happy. People I trade with on lawless are happy to see me. We sell stuff cheap just for the fun of it. And we have many animals we pretty much give away to people that struggle, Even high lvl elephants with saddles. We always use the term Pay it forward when we give tames away. So dont come at me about talking to others .Your missing the point of what the meaning of PVE means. The base we have in lawless Is huge. The people that live in lawless are super nice compared to the toxic community living outside of lawless.( Most of them) So again stay on topic......this isn't PVE when a player can steal your shit. And the 4 day timer in Lawless is bullshit. No holidays for us ....seems fair

I kissed ass once, they seemed nice. Then I went to explore and they stole my stuff cause I don't farm for a few days and got another tenant in that won't leave the island and farm all day to meet the owners needs...,.The whole point of my rant is.....you can't call this PVE when a player can steal your shit.

Finally frustrated.....This is not player verse environment. This is more like PVA player verses assholes. This is my rant and I don't care who I offend.Your shit is fked up plain and simple. You gave 3 weeks to land owners but people forced to lawless or the few that want to setup base camp only get 4 days fk off.....We cant go on Holidays? This isn't fair ....yup that's right I'm crying and I got a box of tissue beside me. Go get land it's PVE, sure why not. I got my land and it was stolen and overlapped and lost everything.......So then I Fkn rented land well guess what happen.....I got kicked cause I didn't farm enough....well WTF.....You call this PVE....It's not . Any time you let a human control any part of the game like this it isn't PVE so change it. Wait I got land again well guess what the fk happen this time......because I own 5 % of the island and the group there owned 95% I'm being told to leave as they want all the island so boats are blocked until I leave. This is your definition of PVE.....fk off... I go out and try to get more land in the freezing cold area so I can have my 3 weeks of god dam peace well guess what I can't because even in the winter area where only 3 to 5 players are online is all flagged and overlapped with stupid spawn boxes everywhere. So when i did try they just spawn in and say good luck. Most of the area wasnt buildable and the small area I found said 30% so if I rent and build they will take it anyway cause it's not PVE its more like PVA so change your fkn game. Remove the land grab in PVE , or change it to PVA cause right now people are toxic rude and are mostly assholes. Not all of you btw just most of you. Saw land, checked flag group had 585 flags and was still 4 days with spawn boxes and 30% tax. Fk it.....This is what you call PVE....This isn't even fkn close. If my shit can get removed by another player just because they feel like an asshole that day or they just like what I've built and want to steal it........THAT MEANS IT'S NOT FKN PVE . Where is the player verse environment in this situation? Bring on I'm a cry baby I don't give a shit,, I've explored and lost soooo much due to players in a so called PVE environment. Lvl 55 can go to lvl 57 so I been around and explored more than most of you. People are toxic plain and simple. Don't ask me to come rent on your land ....I m not your slave..

Went this weekend to winter area , all island covered in flags 13 day timer on most so I can't steal, some at 3 days but this person had almost 600 flags and timer was still at 3 days so can't steal. Plus when o was trying to put flags down they used a spawn box and stood over me till i left.Found a few others at 16 days and all of these are at 30% tax and 3 to 8 people online. Silent clap well done devs , well done.

Sure I'm fine with the 20 day, hope lawless got 20 days also cause I go on holidays too, if not I guess I'll start crying all over the forums how its not fair and boo fkn hooooo all day long until I get my candy coated way.

Like an example last night, i shot an elephant in the ass with an arrow did 55 damage and it booked it. Just kept on running. Now from what I understand it does run but comes back....But nope it just left. So I punched it in the ass and now it will attack me. It almost feels like my arrow did to much damage and scared it. That elephant should destroy me. The wolf did get the nerf so maybe it does need looked at cause it just seems silly that a person in this chat said he beat one to death with a spy glass. Seems off. And now the bear, does nothing....should be like Ark where if you get to close it will attack. Got picked up by a lion, it just held me.....didn't even bite me lol something is off. Trust me I'm not asking to get one shot by an animal or logging in to 20 wolf's and snakes looking at me. I just feel the animals are no longer a threat.

Not sure where I wrote asking for entertainment. I simply don't understand why a bear dont attack me or why wolves and elephants now run away from me........

Just curious what are your thought on the bear not attacking? If they changed it so you did get attacked by a bear would you think that's unfair?

If u mean age is done by we get old then yes. But I thought we were getting the option to mate which isn't done. I haven't read anything anywhere that's says your going to die. As far as I know you get old and u get less stats unless you got to fountain of youth. Then you get a bonus. Later they gonna bring the other option where u make a baby then grow up again if im correct.So I don't understand why you have to make a new character.

Yes I did and still do lol. It's not the SPAWN rates, why do they run from you is the question lol like serious go punch a wolf and just stand there. It will hit you twice then run away most cases lol same with elephants and why don't bears attack you? Not a chance in life would I ever walk up to a bear and pet it. But in Atlas we have carebears.

Think we a bit off track when talking about wildlife nerfs. Everyone wanted the spawns fixed and we are all are happy they did 30 wolves at your door was a pain in the ass.Same for snakes etc. That is now fixed , but punch a wolf and it runs away is a bit silly, same with other animals. Last night a lvl 14 bear took on 4 elephants at once and won without a scratch lol. This is what I think needs looked at and not the spawn rates. I'm glad the person above got to ride their pony and go visit their neighbours. But at least have some type of danger, not 30 or 40 attacking you but just a bit more of a scare would be nice. Keep getting everything nerfed might aswell change the name from Atlas to My little pony or Sailing with Miss Daisy.

Got 2 last night with wheat, we have a person that has every tame skill possible and all the sneaky tree too, we watched him get hit a few times but lvl 29 wild took about 40 mins. Also we streamlined a good trap so pretty much nothing was on the bottom lvl and when the elephant fell no doors walls etc was in the way.
