Apparently since I have to go out and make a living, its cool for a single player to go to where my ship is and sink it with a tool used for cutting grass. Now I get that this is part of the game and Im not TOO upset about it, even though apparently this guy was able to sink 2 Schooners within 10 minutes of each other with a handheld lawnmower, but come on. How about some sort of 8 hour shielding system for boats so that I don't have to constantly await the dreaded message on Discord that "Hey, someone sunk your boat with a tool from Home Depot". Its a bit ridiculous. At least make people put some effort in and haul a 100 lb explosive barrel over to the ship to kill it. The shield thing is preferable though. Now I have to spend 2 days building 2 new boats that took someone 10 minutes to sink (Well, 20 if you want to get technical) so that I can login the next day to probably see that they got sunk as well.

If a person has a building on land that you later claimed, the building is yours now. You should have full access to it.

So literally EVERYTHING in this game clips and gets in the way when you are alive, as soon as you die though, body falls into the floor. I lost 6 hours of my time because of this. Please fix bodies falling through the floors.

Well now that's fair, I mean in extreme situations it can happen, but getting killed by a ghost ship in clear weather means you are just bad at sailing. Especially with the agro range being so small now.

I have over 100 hours sailing already and have never lost a ship. Get better at it.

Just block them from NA servers. EU countries quit everything anyway, so they will have those servers to themselves soon enough.

Are you on NA or EU? We have a smaller company, 20 ish people. We already have a Brig and a Galleon though, we are wanting to find something preferably in a temperate zone to get out of Tundra. We will probably keep our Tundra base as well but would like to do what you say and team up on a more temperate island.

Theyre easy to kill, theyre ping is terrible. They attacked our island and we just killed them off and they left. They got a couple of the smaller companies, but they just joined ours. We own half the island and just go shoot them in the face if they try and claim anything.

Renting out the existing buildings to people would be awesome. Have a pretty hefty fee attached to it so that people with legit businesses will be the ones with shops there. Hire employees to even work at them so they are 24 hours.

Ya, Pirates had to fight the British, French and Spanish. Earlier pirates fought the Greek and Romans. Claim maintenance is the way to go. With that, people wont bother going around taking random island claims like they do now.

No...this is a pirate game. Not a colonial peace where everyone is merry and loves each other game. You don't want your land taken? Build walls, put aggressive tamed animals in them and put cannons and mortars up. Quit whining.
