  1. They propably used brute force software, with so little combinations it was fast.
  2. That is with lvl cap right now, with 100 lvls and even more points per lvl imagine that everyone can unlock everything, it reduces the amount of possible trade goods significantly like no transporting cannons, ship mart, guns etc, just some very few materials.
  3. Why take out the whale?, just change it, tho propably should be dissabled untill they fix it as of right now serves no purpose other than one-shotting ppls hard work. Tbh being suprised that survived whale hit on just the raft, it made the raft go flying but did no damage so guess it doesn't deal damage at all, it just one-shots by flipping the ship. The only counter to that then is never getting hit... which means anyone slower might aswell just jump into ocean and suicide to respawn faster.
  4. Those blueprints are not worth the effort. Still, what about the specialization and lack of acomplishment?, if we get everything handed to us, might aswell not play after few hours.
  5. Hmm, a neighbour once said that they teleport to their old base sporadicaly to check if sleepers are still alive and protecting the claims from griefers so assumed that players sleeping can be picked up even in PVE, if that's wrong, sorry.
  6. Please don't increase amount of stuff player can unlock. There won't be anymore any crafters, sailors, builders, fighters, chefs, pirates, tamers etc, with the amount of skill points incoming, players will be propably able to unlock literaly everything. The only thing it will add is longer progression which is nice but it will kill everything else this game advertised other than pvp. Everyone will be a one-man army being able to craft and do whatever they please, there won't be trade nor any adventage of catching off-guard a chef or crafter from opisite company while being a fighter, their skills will be propably equal at higher lvls. No more specialization or trading, we already don't have to travel much between islands bcs they almost have the same resources with some differences like lack of fiber here, no sap there etc, that gonna be the only thing worth trading as there won't be any player market for for example cannons or other ship pieces, guns, armors and whatever.
  7. The sky is falling tho, with so many skill points and levels from patch 10, there won't be fighters, pirates, sailers, crafters, tamers, everyone just gonna be a one-man army with all skills unlocked.

That's realy sad bcs hoped to be a merchant, being a one-man army.. kinda cool bcs long progression... but when everyone is a one-man army then what value have whatever we do?, now other than ppl who gonna waste their time for small bonuses from blueprints everyone gonna be mostly equal since at lvl 100 and increased points surely they gonna have all combat and crafting and sailing skills.
  9. Guessing to make traveling and trading but getting 25% increase for going arround the entire game doesn't feel justifable since can just put easier an extra layer of wall and make it 200% insteed of 125%.
  10. They should just remove crew limit and make so ppl weight 60-70 kg, solved.
  11. Considering they gonna give players more lvls and more points per lvl, that's safe to assume that they don't know how to make player trading since everyone gonna be able to craft whatever they please.

That's true the reduced ships costs and also increased harvest will make building a ship a joke, wish they went the oposite route of making them expensive but actualy not sinkable in 10 cannonballs, not getting fun from rebuilding ships everyday, getting fun from having it for many days (not that lost so many ships lol, died only once to SoD and only bcs it was yellow an couldn't see it in the storm). 2. The agro range is something as wide as a raft between SoD and player raft, so no, not need to literaly ram it but the agro range is very low.
  13. Some ppl want to play the survival part of this game, not to have an alpha on every stem and also this is an mmo, there should be no easy mode alphas to just hit to lvl, there's too many, can't even go deep into island bcs there might be an alpha wolf or something that will one-shot.
  14. No they wont, as said, there will still be weight limit but going over it will just stop the ship in place insteed of sinking it so sure, place all that stone, will just throw it off at morning.
  15. Well, let us know if that thing can be claimed once it gets to -240k, not that need it right now, having nice neighbours but still good to know.
  16. Omg, the last screenshot is radiculous, they pilled up so many that they are almost as high as to get on the boat.
  17. Thanks to all that responded. 250 is pathetic compared to 1300 + AoE of a cannon, how sad. Maybe catapult is any better but propably not..., why even put a cheaper but weaker equivalent of cannons into the game if they don't even do half the cannons damage.

Is that actualy true, like does it let claim the land after it goes into -240k or just speculating?, bcs once had land grabbed (the 3 days protection doesn't work btw, only works when placing the claim, then it poofs and it takes minutes to steal it) and it went to like -50k, thankfuly the leader of that company was arround and deleted that claim, he also said thast aparently claims are not protected when online... and that 3 days protection only turns on with sleepers in there... so he have like half his friends sleeping on the other island bcs an amry of griefers trying to steal the land from them all the time.
  19. Doing their best to communicate? 1. Seen only one response from Jat here on general, he literaly have like 60-70 posts only. 2. Atleast 1/3 of posts in here or on steam are about overpowered or broken predators, they did nothing except for sharks which barely matter. 3. Many posts about ppl land sniping or sinking with stones/overcrowding ships in PVE, they tried to fix the claims 2 times, both times failed. 4. Ppl complain about walls of SoDs even after 80% spawn reduction, mainly on grid borders, they still didn't put the same restriction they did for shores here. 5. There are very few but still complains about whales either one-shotting or being just radiculous as climbing islands. They realy don't communicate, when was active on some indie companies, there would be always 2-3 devs talking with ppl... daily.
  20. Can't they still glide on top of it or use hook or climbing picks to get on and overcrowd it? As for raising ladder, good choice, makes their job much harder, especialy with weight griefing.
  21. Galleon have barely any weight adventage over brig, it have however tons and tons of gunports, so that's battle ship. Also dunno why build a galleon on a PVE untill they make SoDs and any sea content actualy worth wasting time on, other than satisfaction it gives nothing to kill SoD, blueprints are kind of meh, especialy when they are random.
  22. Whales have no resrictions of where they can go, they can climb islands aswell. As for the barrier camping, both whales and SoDs do that, mainly SoDs tho as they are more numerous... but atleast they don't one-shot even the biggest ships in the game, whale it seems is just a big joke, literaly, big.
