Atlas is.. Ark. yes it is. however i must say it doesnt feel like Ark. I have over 4000 hours in Ark. Think of it as a super mod of Ark, whitout dino's. Where you can build ships and have a good time sailing them, the sea is absolutely gorgeos and very well done, different wind directions wich is the same direction once you pass to another server, the server changing is pretty much seemless. especially when you use an SSD. Im having a blast. So every1 who hasnt bought Atlas yet, give it a try, its cheap still now, land grab can be a pain but also rewarding once you managed to grab some.

Any1 who has played archeage, knows how much fun fishing can be in an MMO. In archeage, there were different schools of fish, wich had different vallues. You could build a fishing boat, and catch them, and sell them. In atlas this will be different, because coins are not worth that mcuh what it was in Archeage, but you can do something different with them, an idea is to have different kinds of fish you can catch, with a net maybe, and with those you can make different high end buff foods. These can be traded to other players. I would really like some kind of fishing system in this game so we will see fishing ports arise.

should at least remove the metal cost and paste on PVE server.... i can understand a BIT for pvp but why on pve .... people like to build there and make cool stuff

yep coins, but how can i see the limit, afaik all our crew members died once our ship got sunk.. unless they still float arround somewhere?

cant fire my guns on my schooner whitout them! When i go to the freeportr and try to buy them nothing happens...
