I don't feel ignored. I don't think the skills system sucks. Solo play was never going to be in the game. Small groups should be making agreements with larger groups to live on there islands. Maybe this isn't the game for you. I hear Path of Exile is pretty good. Have you tried that?

No its not. But its been less then a month on a game that is not coming out for 2 or 3 years and you are just trolling at this point. If you don't think you are trolling, maybe try to understand my point of view. Why do I think you are trolling? Because your responses are only saying negative statements that only server to make you feel better with no actual talk about how to make the game better. Maybe if we were in a forum all about you I could accept that. But this is an Atlas Forum. A game in early access that came out less then a month ago and the only thing you have to add to the conversation is "Games Dead. Games Broke. I spam faces." I would agree with this. Basicly it auto locks on to a person and the key binding is a bad choice. I haven't found the setting to change the binding. having it default to alt is just bad. Second point is that swinging slows you down so chasing someone with melee other then the pike is simply not possible. Base Damage should be increased. If it all comes down to how many times you can hit something that is flying all over the place and consistently hitting you while you struggle with ping and the auto lock system to hit them then the damage should be increased. Off topic They should lower the spawn rates. In ark there was this huge land mass. But in Atlas the majority of the map is water. There are just too many spawns for such a small amount of land. Carnivores tend to run around and eat things. Over time they can really build up on the lowest levels of an area, which are the beaches of an island. This means you try to make land fall with well over 20 carnivores litterally swimming to meet you. Lower agro range. Again smaller land mass so having something run from a mile away to attack you is kinda OP. Alphas - Why are they level 200+ This is just a really bad design choice. Just horrible.

The spawn chance and max spawn per server settings need to be adjusted. Keep it how it is now for ruins servers. As for everyone coming on the forums to cry about how the games dead, games broke... Its Early Access, less then a month, been a dumpster fire, but the game is fun. Its playable. Its better then any other survival sandbox to date. Go to the store and buy some tissues. If you didn't think problems like this were going to happen in an early access game in this genre then listen to the people who have been thru this process before. Things need to be tweaked. Server setting files need to be adjusted. If you have your own server you can do it yourself, or you can wait and deal with the Official servers like everyone else.

Yeah the big point here is a weak, solo ship, that is fast. Fast enough to get out of danger if you wre paying attention. It doesn't have to be super fast but at least faster then the damn ships of the damned. Off topic they really need to lower all the spawn settings. I traveled from one server to another server yesterday and I spawned right into 4 Army of the Dead ships. Before we could even control the ship they had all already hit us with a volley each. Destroyed the sloop. Not sure how we went from No Dead Ships to getting chased by 8 of them. Either way, Skiff, small dingy sized craft with one sail and a rudder. Golden Idea.

Its not an excuse. This is the way it is. Adapt or Complain on the forums. If you just insult everyone who gives you advice then no one will give you advice. No one will be there because people, in general, don't like being insulted and told there opinion is invalid simply because you disagree with it. Have you tried solo? How did it go? Have you tried joining a company? How did it go? What made you think coming on the forums and insulting other players would accomplish your goal?

To be clear, I am basing my personal opinion off of decades of playing survival/sandbox games. You are discrediting my opinion because you don't agree with it. This is the game. Insulting me won't change that.

You guys are aware that you can steal land claims? They are not permanent. If somoene owns everything why don't you ask someone if you and your friends can move into the island? Why don't you ask someone who owns land if you can join them? Why would you even believe that you could do this all with a small group if you have played other games similar to this one and understand how they work? If this is a game about claiming territory and you see everyones got the territory then there are only 2 options..... Join someone with land, or fight for land control. Thats not going to change because you are unwilling to do either and it would be narcissistic to think otherwise.

Its not too small. You need to join a company. This is not a solo or small group kinda game. If you are failing or not getting the results you would like, switch tactics.

You guys realize the game is in early access? If you have suggestions maybe you could post those? These tears aren't going to get you anywhere. Remember all those protests where people were screaming for change? There are bums begging for change that see more of it then those complainers. Do you know why? Because they don't just pose a problem. They offer a solution.

In real life the more people you have access to, the more likely you will win. Out economy, out manpower, out power anything smaller. Thats how life works. Its not a gameplay mechanic thats the problem. The problem is you have no friends.
