i believe there is supposed to be ghost ships. Mercantile ships would be great and would provide incentive to raid VS grind mats.

I've always seen this as an issue in ARK, more so in ATLAS. Still of the mind that dying should take XP from progression to the next level. Not much but enough to care.

They patched it. PVE Territory can only be claimed if the owner has not been active around the territory within the last 3 days.
