Hi, EU is currently still on patch 5.0 which is the patch that is causing a lot of the "refusing connection" issues, they have done this to test if the update, 5.0 to 5.3, has fixed these issues and are comparing the servers. NA PVP is currently the only server to have patch 5.3 as they are testing it. Please be patient I'm sure the devs are working as hard as possible! Latest tweet from Jat: Neco

Boats can fly? What server did this happen on? (eg NA PVP H14) I'm not sure if the devs can compensate for the loss of sloop but I'm sure they could try make sure it wont happen again! Neco

We all know what we signed up for! These devs have worked their asses off to get to this point if we only give them one thing it needs to be our patience! Neco

Honestly I'm not sure, I believe most unofficial servers are now out of date and will refuse connection the same as NA PVE, EU PVE and EU PVP until all the servers are updated to the new patch I would wait, have yourself a nice ale and relax. Neco

Currently the only server on patch 5.3 is NA PVP most of the other servers are either refusing connection or full, this could be the cause of the issue you are having. By the sounds of it the connection is getting refused, what server were you trying to join when this happened? Neco

Seems like a lot of people having the same problem, Jat has been asking for the server that you were on when this happened (eg NA PVP H14) so he can investigate this further, are you able to supply this? Thanks, Neco

The devs are currently still testing if this patch works, the only server on 5.3 is currently NA PVP not PVE so if G7 is still down I would recommend waiting for the devs to confirm that 5.3 works and they will then push it out to all the servers. I believe this is because your character is then on that server so until that specific server comes back up you will not be able to spawn in as that character as the region the game is trying to spawn you in does not exist. They are currently performing maintenance so there will be problems with servers going up and down. EU servers have not been updated to 5.3 so if your issue is on EU servers I would wait until the devs state that the EU servers have been restarted and are now on patch 5.3 however if you are on NA PVP this has been updated to 5.3. If you could supply the devs with the server (eg NA PVP H14) that you are trying to connect to that would help them find the problem easier. Thanks, Neco

If you are on the EU servers they are currently not updated to the 5.3 patch and you probably wouldn't able to connect however the NA PVP server has been updated to 5.3 so that should be ok. If one of the NA PVP servers are having issues could you give details on which one so the devs can take a look? Thanks, Neco

They are currently still in maintenance mode, they are trying to fix these issues as soon as possible which is why NA PVP is currently the only server on 5.3. Source: Thanks, Neco
