How does any of this post-apocalyptic scrap metal crap even remotely fit with an age of sail/pirate theme? WTF are the devs thinking?

Hang on, how does all this industrial stuff fit in to a "pirate" themed game? The whole point is the age of sail, not the age of oil industry. I really do not like the direction this is going.

How do you up the ship levels to 150?

I was testing this on Blackwood with a Mythic Quality 288% Durability small shipyard, and it should be producing a max quality ship, but it is only giving 100% quality, did they change this again?
