This has not been my experience at all with the combat timers you have 14 hours of asset safety spend some time making your stuff less attractive to be looted and you will be fine.

the bonus over Valentines day was great! our company was actually able to start breeding as you could raise a baby in one play period. When do you guys think we will get another one? breeding animals to make good bloodlines is a really cool thing in this game but it is just not doable if you have a life a and a 9-5 . do these bonuses ever just happen on random weekends?

I have never experienced this but as with everything in Atlas I bet your results are a mixed bag. I would plan on moving anything you do not want to lose as far from that island as possible.

what do you even do in this game in a PVE world?

740 hours is a good run you got a lot out of this game and it might be a good time to find another place to click buttons.

if you don't like it start your own mega group and go to war with them and wipe them out. this is a world sandbox you have that choice.

Blow it up. how is your inability to play the game right grapeshots fault? this is a pirate game for the love of god.

just blow the stuff up and kill the beds.....

we use ice in the bag after things have been preserved with salt I don't think its a one or the other thing. the ice just makes the decay timer go up.

I thought hand gathering did not effect gathering with a tool?

Yes we have got a few cargo bears and I want to figure out how to find an elephant this weekend but even their harvesting is next to nothing without the bonus. I just want a fleet of ships so we can fight on the water but all our play time is consumed with whacking trees to stay warm lol.

So my crew and I started playing about a week ago when the game went on sale on steam. we have had a good time so far. one thing that we noticed is that all of a sudden we do not harvest even half of what we used to and our tools break all the time now. I think this is because there was a harvest bonus going on for the holidays. Now that that bonus is over the game is brutal for us little guys. we Struggled to make our first few ships with the bonus and now it looks like we will never have enough materials to do anything. so my question is do they do bonus weekends often? are those bonus weekends announced in advance? it was a lot of fun with the bonus but good lord without the bonus it's just silly how long it takes to get the stuff. I hope we get more bonus on weekends.
