Personally, i rather have this band aid fix. I prefer not to have 30 people jump on my ship and logout on it. I don't know about most of you guys but i have seen 5-6 randoms jumping on others sloop/schooners/brigs or what not to "check it out". If i want someone to check out my ship i would just ally with them. They can't build on your land since you have the option to make it company owned

I agree, exploiting game to get ahead or grief people to ruin their time and experiences in a game. Personally, I don't get why those type of people wont just play solo on the unofficial if they have to cheat.

I agree, i seen a lot of companies disappear and new people come in and claim land. Personally, i don't get why all the people looking for land just don't join a company. There is a company forum on the site.

That is an interesting question. I just claimed a couple ships of my old company. And can't do anything either it just shows them in green but also blue on the planks since they were part of the alliance of a company i joined.

I think you have to be in the company for the timer to reset. Any random person would just make it contesting or if their is a sleeper.

My company had that issue with another company that glitched through the corner of a building to enter it. By getting close to the corner then logging out so their body slides through the corner when they wake up they are inside. Assume they can do it from the inside to get out. But not certain this was a week ago when they killed the sleepers with repair hammers.

I think the vitamin buff boosts the damage. I seem to do 400 headshot with rifle when I have the buff on.

Best thing is to do what I did when the owner quit and did not pass lead. I had friend in the company delete flags near base and placed new company flag. And had to salvage the ships. I’m pretty sure governance option is broke since I had my stuff on personal when I merged into the old company and still belonged to the company when I quit.

That is the truth! Me and my company clear an entire area to farm for 3mins then another 30 wolfs/lions/snakes respawn.

I like option 1. I lost too many tames either threw animals walking in my stone house killing and destroying everything when offline. Or from having 10 wolves, lions, snakes agroe from across the map. Sorta gave up taming can't keep them alive enough to farm anything.

It still belongs to the company. I joined my company with a flag and 2 sloops. The company leader and most ran back to ark and didn't pass leadership. I had to destroy the ships and reclaim the flag of was a sad moment. They personally owned option I believe does not work.

Agreed, had random trolls in my sector that were not chinese. Everyone that owned insane amount of land raised their taxes to 30% to combat chinese. Personally think they raised it to fill their banks out of greed.

Not sure if you read the notes but they are fixing the flags in pve? personally i think have the flags fixed would be top priority since you need land in order to build a ship. I agree, there is 3 sloops and a brig that looks like the owner quit near my base. hope they added 7 day rule to be on or poof.
