So in ARK the xp was shared. If I grind with mount we shared the XP. Is it the same in ATLAS or just mount gets xp for the kills?

For me I do it not for the agenda you thought of,but of decompose. All my thatch and wood always break up,stones stays up,cant remember when I needed to repair any of it,even after wild animals attacks.

really need to stop with this.One person got the shaft by an unreliable system allowing all you whiners to come steal,everything other people worked hard to get and build,wheter they were 1 person 2 ,10 or 100.it didnt matter. Complaints and people leaving the game for this nonsense flew in,system changed,now on PVE we stop living in fear of losing our hard spent time. Its not about 1 or 2 or 50,they will do as they fit,its early access they can change or not as they like. Pillars were and still are issue to many new folks in ARK,still those who know how to play know how to make do. You will now be able to build on claimed land! on top you got lawless areas. Getting claims for everyone in the game will not change anything.Claims alow you to decide the way your area would be run,and give some control unlike spreading for everyone like virus,building,loss of resources will make islands once livable barren desolate areas,used and thrown,like many of those stealers are doing now,and are protected by the new system.(just to show what happens when you give people what they ask for) Communism is out the window,learn and adapt,stop whining,about stuff you didnt get handed to you,egoistical thinking,for your gain people will lose all they invested,if they do it should be from Devs decision and not cause you failed at the game,came late or whatever and didnt adept.

I was just in a lawless region and made a pen and got me three bears. Without trees I couldn't make it.the islands were full with trees rocks what have you,also alot of trash players left behind like abandon bases and foundations.still plenty to go around.Some of the islands are barren,yea that was even before,but no all of lawless region is bare,more like 90% full 10% bare.

Water spouts dont help.Its the same arduous source like barrels,depletes quick and only give small amounts. If im about to head out on a journey,such supply maybe will last me half the trip..there has to be some more efficient way to do it. I was thinking more of direction of ARK,where Industrial cooker was a relief,and ive only used the cooking pot to make dyes.

Dont have such a thing,its extremely rare to see outside Free ports. We got plenty of sea water thou!

Since the start of the game always an issue in ATLAS. Today my question is regarding cooking. Many if not all recipes require water.however the only way to get water at the moment is fill water skins in water barrels,which is incredible arduous and time consuming,especially since you want to make hundreds of batches and store for use.. Is there another way to get at least irrigated grill or something,or better way then filling 2 skins at a time(consuming said barrels quickly as well) This also relates to preparing various dyes,but that you dont use so often on daily basis as food and drinks require.

I dont complain Ive reported,and OP asked for info on solo encounter. If I sound salty is cause I am.It worked fine before,there was a challenge,I died many times but still was doable. Now its not.well the green maps at least,havnt tried yet with the low ones,hopefully theyr still viable. Been Solo is different then group play.This is intended for solo players info not someone who has friend that can craft him armor and another to invest in weight while he goes all combat health.. Some of us do mitigation and try to find the sweet spot in between(it was viable until now,now its not thats the point),if this game to be only group play thats fine,if they are fine tuning,which they are then maybe they'll consider solo player as well.. The developers will have final say,just like they did in ARK.

Before this v10 patch I had no issues. Ive sent developers the vid hoping they lay back a bit,not everyone is in group or have all skills to make armor etc..

Managed to get him out by breaking ceilings around him and wearing a saddle on him then directed him out

Cant solo green now. I got my face kicked in: summery: missed zero distance shots(they have bad hit boxes+lag+mini game mostly fail),shots that do land do minor damage,even with the freking Shoutgun.. And archers are OP now,their rate of fire increase to machine guns,they cut you down in no time..

My bear has followed me into the ships cargo,now his stuck in there. Someone got an idea how to get him out? I tried follow,put on wander nothing helps..

I keep getting this strange situation,were im not hungry or thirsty,but my vitamins keep depleting.. How to handle such a thing?

I dont like fire arrows. They never seem to have required effect for me and sometimes I catch fire myself killing me... Insted using regular arrows and max Knowledge of the old ones, for max dps on them whatever you use. Lately I moved to firearms pistols and rifles..did quite nicely up to green maps.not sure after the current patch nerf thou. I always concentrate clearing the area of hostile mobs like snakes and crocs or even pesky bees,then I move to archers,swordsman and boxers lastly I do the heavy armor ones.

Now that tames are tamed fast by the hundreds can we get some templates for the various tames? (If anyone know how to make)

First time tamed a pig today. I cant access its inventory to give it food.neither F or opening the option wheel,Inventory tab missing. Another player,just now on global complained he cant either access inventory,but on his Elephant.. for me Elphant inventory works. Ill check other tames and update. I can access all my tames inventory,except this pig ive just tamed with berrys.(I got elephant,cows and bull,chickens,tiger and ostrich.) It seems all animals tamed after patch V10 are broken. Another info in: relog fixes the tame.need perma fix of course

Nope. wth thats got to do with it? your supposed to get a new respec each time you leveled up.

yes,otherwise wouldn't post here. Had a tangling with an Alpha rattlesnake.after finishing him off I leveled up.went to respec. no respec button.

All the things you said I agree,but theres so much stuff they changed on this patch,saying anything actually good? comeon.. Been able to finally lock everything against stealers,and boat griefers sinking ships? not good? Land claims change so anyone can build on them not good? Farming made good and thus cooking as well not good?(actually finally raised frekin 5 min decomp to 2:25 hours? and get seeds!) Theres so many changes,most of them are massive,its like I have a brand new game now,havnt touched farming for example now its gone occupy me..

Having Ping of 180-220 the last couple of hours,please reset your servers add more Gerbils or something! Thanks
