today we had a company in J3 called meat shields kite SOTD to our ships in dock and again to our base. The SOTD will not aggro unless you pull anchor to move your ship then they open fire.

If they mesh a raft under your ship it will float up in the air and explode

This is what is going on in pve right now china men block ships in ports with 20 rafts so you cant get in or out cause if you move over the rafts your ship floats and explodes

If you get your ship blocked in by floating rafts and try and sail over one your ship goes up in the air and explodes

My ships are all blocked in by rafts now I can not get to them because I just float in the air this fix is now an exploit china is holding my ships and wants gold to let me on my ships

So now that floating rafts are a thing entire bays are blocked. you can not get on your ship because 20 rafts block in your ship until you pay the toll to china. Please fix this! It is now an exploit.
