With all the big alliances announcing on reddit and the forums how they are just gonna split and circumvent the system on the small company server. I don't think many small companys will bother returning. Population will probably be the same as before the wipe announcement and then continue to stagnate unfortunately. Hope I'm wrong. I'll probably play both servers and stick with whichever maintains the highest population.

They designed 2 servers. One for solo or small groups. And one for massive groups. The massive groups are just scared to fight each other.

Auto defences are garbage. anyone with a brain can get by any auto defence you can create its a joke. I don't know why you are putting that here. Its silly. And apparently you believe the islands were populated before they announced the wipe? Im not angry at all bro. Intranets and forums makes it look that way.

The fact that you said auto defences shows how full of shit you are. I not only played to the end I am still playing and I saw the empty islands owned by the megas all over the map. And I saw the biggest companies (including dynasty) actively patrolling even the small lawless companies and wiping them just for shits and giggles while they were offline. Your full of shit or you dont know wtf your members do. Either way you guys are cancer to the game.

Its pretty hard to sink a boat that doesn't want to be sunk if its aware. That's a pvp game. Also when theres pirates ther is anti pirates. thats what its all about. risk/reward/adrenaline/fun/excitement etc isnmt that why we play pvp sandbox

They do a company check of 10 npc's per freeport. Do a company check of one or 2 boats per freeport...let em dock a boat per freeport for 24 hours. makes it an hots pot for trade. makes freeport surrounding areas a hotspot for pvp. Its a win win. And get rid of the tames being abused in Freeports.

Thing is I really think they already unintentionally solved this. With the 300 percent when anchored thing you can pretty much survive on a boat in a freeport overnight.Pretty sure a schooner can last 36 hours.

Not sure either as far as markets go.Maybe you are right.that wouldnt be so bad. I thought they were referring to some kind of market in every island. One thing they should look into is a pvp timer. So you cant unflag just by crossing a server line to Freeport when engaged in pvp, or by entering your island border during non raid times if you are already engaged.

That would be cool.That is a good idea. Reduce map size? So rather than have a game that might take a year to complete. have a game that every person can complete in a month super easy. This is where we are now? I say if we could increase the map size 1000 fold wtf. Dude wtf. why not have island and zone clusters that I have never seen before that I haven't explored months from now? You want people to play a game make territory control mean something. Give them something to fight for. Zone specific resource allocation , limit fast travel for gods sake.(also limits zergs ability to defend mass areas simultaneously) Get people sailing out in the world createv pvp hotspots. I have tons..i can go all day man. Ive only been pc gaming since PCs were invented.

If you think this is the last wipe your crazy. Look at this system. Screams barely thought out to me. I still haven't figured out which h server I'm gonna play tbh. Now that most of the idiot zerglings are headed to the one with the new system the old system sounds alot more appealing. I might just make toons on both and bounce back and forth. Population might go either way . BOTH MIGHT END UP IN DISASTER. who knows. Might need total wipes and total redo. I'm gonna follow the population and adapt. I just hope there is one to follow.

Killing the population of a game you enjoy using mass numbers doesnt make you smart or good. It makes you stupid. No population= no fun= dead game.

Not true. VAST majority of players left because of the megas and offline raiding. I wouldnt expect someo e who was a part of the pro lem to recognize it Giant zergs offling and zergling entire zones . Leaving islands barren. No land available anywhere . Forcing smaller clans to either lawless and get offline nightly or join a bunch of people they dont k ow and farm for them. Or quit. Your right.had nothing to do with it.

Hmmm the population numbers must have been off then. Maybe I was playing a dif game. The game I was playing was populated solely by megas and a few hardcores. Maybe I was just really unlucky.
