  2. Pretty remarkable how little bandwidth hosting actually requires. As for the CPU - even that is going to put 1 instance per thread. Rule of thumb for me is 4gb + 2 threads per grid.
  3. Adjusts weights. Hold twice as much on your person and tames animals!
  4. Hyperthreading is just utilizing virtual cores in most cases doubling logical processors. Half of his physical cores are not utilized.

  6. Hey Folks, So a few weeks back I found myself restarting individual instances and whether it was responsible or not... Redis seems to have derailed and players were being forced to create new characters. I was never sure if it was because I was tweaking grids individually and restarting them as opposed to restarting redis and all instances together. Recently I realized rates for 1 grid wasnt where I wanted them so would it be an issue to bring that grid down only. Change it and bring it back up without taking the others down?
  7. I leave mine blank in the JSON file. Give that a shot and ensure all file names are jpg and named as stated above.

  10. The latest server grid editor exports the images in the correct format. In my experience if your in game map is still not working... its due to port issues.
  11. Only problem I see is... AltSaveDirectoryName=B1 Both servers will write to the same directory causing problems.

  13. That should only pertain to grids where homeserver=true though? Also with a natural cap of 50 would it just fall back to 50 cause the point of that parameter is to limit how many levels one could achieve on a home server. (default being also bclamphomeserverxp is meant to be a Boolean. maybe 1/0 works but should be true/false iirc
