Wow i just seen this. That's ridiculous it should be while it's not over encumbered. But crabs are still very usefull for treasure hunting since they can easily kill lvl 100+ mobs and get you to places you cannot get normal tames.

Crabs - good for eating all that rotten meat..

Getting fish for your penguins.

And generally for riding around on.

Seem to be fairly ok for maps, pretty useless for everything else.

Treasure maps/fish hunting/PvP. Still pretty solid. 

Those jumps with 30 tons riders were silly to be honest.
