Theft if territory

Recommended Posts

three days building a base, I'm going to sleep, the next day I connect, and someone has stolen my territory simply by placing a flag ... absurd conquest system.

If you are sleeping on your claim they can only take it if they kill you.

Which is easy :

a) wood foundation

b) cannon

c) game over, welcome back to freeport tree punching

Don't play PVP personally, but from videos i've seen it actually takes a while for cannons to take down stone buildings.

It takes about 35 cannon balls to break a single stone wall if they all hit the same spot. If you build two rooms, with a bed in each and someone sleeps in each room it takes 70 cannon balls. If you surround your base with a secondary wall it takes 140 cannon balls to break into both rooms. Every addition room with additional outer walls increases this by a bigger and bigger margin until it's just not worth the effort to break into every single room in your base and kill you all.

If you're playing solo in a single room with a single bed, then you don't have the force required to own land, go join a company.

Or,

a) no foundation

b) bear

c) cargo saddle with cannon

It's incredibly easy to break into a base. Get a few other tribe mates with bears and NPCs on swivel cannons and the others break the base down.
