Salvage destroyed ships

So after a ghost ship passed by the coast,it destroyed my Sloop..the remains lie in front of my base..is there anything to do to salvage it,or its just gone stay there like an unmarked grave to a patch failure?

You can dive to it and destroy it through the action wheel. I don’t know how much you get back or if it is better to salvage it manually.

I did ,thats what remained after..

I cannot interact with enemy ships to salvage them, i tried it with an without diving suit.

I skilled piracy for more % of materials.

Even after sinking ships still belong to companys and cannot be salvaged or claimed.

Guessing this is something where all the functionality hasn’t been added yet.

This isnt an enemy ship,its my own.Sunken at dock by Ghost ship(best game mechanic ever!)

Was the ship anchored?
