You appear do be dodging the previous points and accusations, stating that because of the fact that land control is s central part of the game that it discuses the actions you have taken. I assume that it is due to an inability to discern points from the blocks of texts, so I will break down your argument and quote them along side each point. 1. There very much is a fail safe feature of not being able to claim another persons land along as they are sleeping with in it ; simply saying other wise is incorrect. Further more as I have said other people were on during that time frame, I specifically was not. 2. I acknowledge that land control is a central mechanical part of the game, and that there is an underlying encouragement to claim more land via taxation. What you do not seem to comprehend is that there are lines that were crossed in this scenario. 3. I agree with you that personal matters/feelings that have thin or loos relations to the game are irrelevant overall. Arguing "how" we lost land is the problem Is not though. You did it through a means that is not intended, thus it is an exploit. 4. Saying this tells me that you know that at any point there could be issues with the claim flags, or this may because of the amount of flags you now own are now affecting your claim expiration period. 5. Yes it does, the middle section of a claim is split, you then own that acquired half. You seem to ignore the fact that that land that is now overlapped is now partially no longer the original owners. If it was happening to you, you would rightfully and rightfully have complained in game about it. 6. As stated in the discord conversation, this is irrelevant. In the simplest terms, land that was ares is now yours via what is assumed an unintended method of land contesting. You yourself linked me to the Official bug reports, so I took your advice. 7. Unfortunately our company did not experience or hear of the other company's using underhanded tactics. We occasionally looked at the discord and what ever conversations that were held in game, because of this we saw substantially more negative comments directed towards your company for what you have done. Considering the scattered nature of your claims it is not particularly hard to see why it would be difficult to monitor and maintain. You are ignoring the crucial parts yet again. That is just me, we are a group of five. We were all in a sleeping in the claimed area. Even in the conversation we had, which you now acknowledge, you disregarded the fact that you were indeed stealing land. You even linked me to the Official bug page. Wile I understand that you are now defending yourself, you are purposefully either ignoring, disregarding, or leaving out the points that I am making. So I will continue to rebut your points wile you conveniently ignore mine for how ever long it takes. 1. Yes I was playing wow, atlas is not the only game that exists. 2. As I stated I am not the only person with in my company, there are other people playing the game besides me ; I am not even the owner of the company. 3. I did not trigger the community, plenty of company's on the discord were already angry with you ; including the owner. 4. As said in the previous comment I thought it was a bit to far to ban you from the discord, as it destroys any conversation that could be had. 5. Even though I wanted you unbanned from the discord, I do not own it. I wanted to maybe open up a conversation between you and the owner, but You were blocking my conversations causing me to sit on my thumbs yes I do play other games. By that time you messaged me that you "erased" my company,s claims ; so you understand that I was a little miffed. 6. Regarding the company at top, after our conversation I sailed around the map marking each claim you had to prove a point on the discord. Wile its debatable how much land they have compared to yours, because I don't know if they have land on other islands. On this specific island you have the most land claimed, as well as it being scattered around the island in large clusters as the other company is centered specifically at the top of the island. 7. In regards to the point I was trying to make. In a voice chat your company and I had regarding recruitment to take on a golden age it was said that you were a group of about five. My point being that you have all this land owned, yet you need/want more and refuse to move one overlapped flag? 8. As stated in the conversation with you in the picture, we keep to our self's. We have very little interaction on the said discord, I was the only one from my company even admitted to the server because we were that reclusive. Since I had to specifically outline each point, please I would like you to counter them. We were a company of five, all of us sleeping in the claimed area. So by your admission here even "if" the claim was up on its timers you still used this to take our land bypassing the safeguard put into place. Regarding how you are suppose to play, this is a "PvE" server, by the nature of player Vs environment directly taking another players land opens it up to a PVP context. Whats more the reason people get "get upset" due to the overlap is not only because taking the land results in no-longer have the rights to build on it, but from an economic aspect it is land we were but are now unable to tax. So you are directly using this to steal taxable land from other players "Knowingly". You also disregarded the fact that the land is now yours to do with how you see fit. So knowing that we were fairly active you chose to claim our "Erase" our claims after you thought we got you banned from the N8 discord ; funny choice of words. The reality is it was the owner of the discord who banned you because you not only overlapped with there land , but seemed to have a complete disregard everyone else on the island. I even thought thought the ban was to far as it alienated any further discussion.

Bump - This is still a problem on Pve servers ; specifically on NA pve N8 Hepmont. "The Doves" have now pushed two other company's off the island. Note that this should also fall under griefing as when the claim is done they own everything and demo it.

Ya , my clan had our claims wiped. Picture was taken the day before. I may have not been specific enough, but the method in witch its done is that when a claim overlaps another claim then you can use the stolen land to place another. Slowly inching t word the others claim. once its overlapped it does not matter if people are sleeping in it or not, the flag registers in its own territory and then just claims it. I herd it needs two people to do though. You can see this in the claims to the right of the arrow.

I have created a ticket for this but I will also make this bug thread since it is also a bug that is being taken advantage of by a Company known as "The doves". This Company has been using an exploit/bug to clear out other Company's claims. According to people who witnessed this when you drop a claim flag down, you can drop another one in a place you normally couldn't while the first one is claiming. They left these overlapped, please go to it for proof. Or alternatively, monitor them as they do it.
