Exactly, but if u choose to fight a galleon by sneaking in (less force than the galleon) then u are taking the risk of fighting something bigger so this is not griefing.....if u choose to kill/wipe lower geard people for no reason this IS NOT pvp that is griefing. As the defanition I posted this is being done just because u know u can (big man syndrome/bulling) to annoy players and is griefing

Out of the week iv been playing this game iv probably actually tried to keep my vitamins lvl about 5% of the time....I normally run around naked and just die/respawn.....much easier in my eyes. If I could just eat when I needed food I'd run around with gear and stuff I care about when farming but since I have to watch what I eat....I'd rather die

I bet if debs implants the OPs idea they would keep more players.....I of many have already left official and this idea would have keeped me in bbn official if it had been a thing. Chinese alphas own I think one of the biggest island on the map. But there is a small island close by big enof for 3 smaller companies, and these Chinese had a claim there, we could not take land due to them being notified and just fast traveling to the island and resetting 5 hour timers. They had no need for the resources there so I dont see any excuse of defending it when they had the giant island already....this "alarm" needs to go since this is beta I hope they see this as a great idea to keep players on full release

Yep, once u have lost everything u are gona hate the game after a few days...if u own a good bit of land and ur defending the game mechanics right now I challenge you to leave ur tribe with an agreance to be let back in and try to start over for 2 days... with no help from ur now x tribe.... I say 2 days because I bet after that or before, ull be asking to be invited back into that tribe

Ok, now u have tried to steal new land....and u have failed because all u can build is a cheap schooner from freeport...what u gona do next? I'm asking cuz I'd love to know how to get a foothold in this game

If one worries about resources and ur in power then u control were ppl build easy as that...u wana live here DO NOT build in this area as it is used by everyone on this island to farm metal, wood or whatever....if ppl are getting to big and expanding into farmland ask them to remove stuff or remove it by force...if ur a nice island owner/ alliance then new ppl will respect ur wishes or be killed by the alpha company or alpha alliance. I personally quit ark due to alphas like this(we joined them) and got board of the game because there was no threat... we killed everyone and it killed the game for me and my friends. Everyone wants "PvP" but no one is willing to let other grow to give them REAL PvP. Killing noobs with the biggest boat IS NOT PVP, that's pure griefing/bulling IMO. U want PvP, let pol build and challange them with similar offence/defense. When we started in ark on a new map we outgeard some noobs and wanted some PvP action but instead of jumping on dinos and eating the naked bobs, we got naked and grabbed some clubs and spears and invaded... was such a blast, we didnt kill passive dinos and once done we told them thank you for the fun and moved on. They were grateful we didnt wipe them and admitted they had fun aswell........ But this real PvP doesnt exist much any more sadly

I'm curiouse how the ppl that are defending the island claimers would feel if they were without the land they got at the start? Would u feel the same way if u had to start over ? Or would u quit the game if u lost all ur land and had to restart?

Just moved here to A12 and heard of these guys, told by the ppl here to watch out for them, let's see how it goes

Iv heard the time it takes depends on the amount of flags that team has, so if they have 100 claims it may take for example 10 mins to steal one spot but the more u steal from them the less they have so that 10 min time goes up....example if u widdle them down to 1 flag at the main base that's were they have the good stuff and it's now gona take u 5 hours to claim that last flag . Now if u raid that base at the start u could potentially claim the main base in 10 mins since that would be the first flag u take out of 100. Idk if this is true so leme know if u know.
